Next Steps Next Steps:

• Develop the Hosting Transition Plan

• Finalize integration test plan and associated testing tools

• Estimate work efforts and specific tasks for all remaining areas of work and incorporate into detailed project plan

• Develop detailed work plans for Training and Organizational Change Management

• Continue to work to resolve issues and escalate accordingly to appropriate levels of Governance (see appendix)

• Organizational Change Management Leads to attend formal training this month

• Make any necessary scope adjustments based on Governor’s initial budget announcement this week
