Before You Begin

You will need: Financial reports for school year (2012-2013) Yearly audit report or year end reports Figures may also be available on the state accounting

website. District enrollment and free/reduced-price eligibility

Keys takes about two hours to complete if you collect all of your information beforehand.

Step 1 - Select the Administrator • Login to the online Keys, click on

“Company Setup”

• Review the Quick Start Guide to get full

details


Step 2 – Manage Users • Under “Company Setup” assign rights and invite

• Review the Quick Start Guide to get full details


Step 3 – Enter Your Data • Complete the District Profile First

• Complete the assessment for all four Key Areas

• Complete at least 75% of the questions for report access

• Save your data

• At the end, click submit to get access to reports


Step 4 – Filters • Filters - Drill down the data

• Select any filter or combination of filters

• Anonymity - Limited number of accounts returned


Step 5 – Access to Charts/Reports • July 1, 2014

• View Comparison Data, Reports and Scores
