Jay Graham Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder WildHorse Resource Development Corp. Jay Graham is the Chairman, CEO and co-founder of WildHorse Resource Development Corporation (“WRD”-NYSE) which went public in December 2016. WRD operates premier assets in the East Texas Eagle Ford and the over-pressured Cotton Valley in North Louisiana. Over the past year, WRD has consolidated several Natural Gas Partners backed companies and acquired approximately $1 billion of assets located in the East Texas Eagle Ford. Along with the acquisitions, WRD has issued $500 million in high yield bonds, $435 million of convertible preferred equity and increased activity from one to seven rigs. George McCormick Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Outfitter Energy Capital Mr. McCormick is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Outfitter and is a member of the investment committee. Prior to co-founding Outfitter in late 2016, Mr. McCormick served as a founding member and the Managing Partner of TPH Partners, the legacy private equity business of Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co., and was a member of the investment committee. Before helping start TPH Partners in early 2008, Mr. McCormick was head of M&A for BHP Billiton’s global oil and gas business, responsible for corporate and asset acquisition and divestiture activities. Prior to BHP Billiton, Mr. McCormick was Managing Director of the Enron

estate’s Corporate Development group and a member of the post-bankruptcy management committee. Mr. McCormick led the formation and sale of the two most valuable surviving business platforms of the estate, CrossCountry Energy Corp. and Prisma Energy International Inc. Mr. McCormick has over 22 years of energy investment experience across equity, mezzanine and debt strategies, and has led over $700 million of direct energy investments. Robert Cabes Head of Investment Management, Intrepid Financial Partners Robert Cabes is a Managing Director at Intrepid Financial Partners and head of its investing business. Robert is based in Houston.

Prior to joining Intrepid, Robert was a Managing Director at White Deer Energy, responsible for making private equity energy investments. Before that, Robert had similar responsibilities as a Partner at Avista Capital Partners and as a Principal at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners. Earlier in his career, Robert was an investment banker at both Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette

and Prudential Securities where he led numerous strategic and financing transactions for energy clients. Robert is a former Director of several private and public energy companies including Copano Energy, Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Hi-Crush Partners, Laramie Energy, Laredo Energy, Manti Exploration, Ultra Tech Frac Services and two unconventional oil and gas development joint ventures with Carrizo Oil and Gas. Justin Moers Managing Director, Munich Re Trading LLC Mr. Moers joined Munich RE in 2016 and is a Managing Director in the oil and gas lending group, where he is responsible for all aspects of the deal process, including transaction sourcing, structuring, negotiation and execution, while also serving as an integral part of the firm’s business development efforts. Prior to Munich RE, he held various positions with GulfStar Group, a Houston-based middle market investment bank, providing M&A advisory and financing services, primarily to private energy companies. He began his career as a CPA in Ernst & Young’s assurance and business advisory practice. Mr. Moers received his Bachelor

of Business Administration and Master of Public Accounting degrees from The University of Texas at Austin.

Avtar Vasu Head of Global Private Investments, Liberty Mutual Investments (LMI)Avtar Vasu, Head of Global Private Investments: Avtar joined Liberty Mutual Investments (LMI) in June 2016. He has over 18 years of investment experience, majority of it in the private capital markets. Avtar joined LMI after having worked most recently as the interim Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at the UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust, overseeing a portfolio of ca. $60 billion. Prior to the Trust, he worked as a Managing Director at the Harvard Management Company (HMC) managing investments in the Natural Resources and Special Situations areas. Craig Lande Managing Director, RBC Richardson BarrCraig Lande, a managing director of RBC Richardson Barr, has more than 20 years of experience in the U.S. A&D market, involving company research, corporate and asset valuation, and business development. Prior to joining RBC Richardson Barr in 2005, Lande was with asset marketer Waterous & Co. as a vice president and was creator and editor of Quarterly Market Review, a newsletter focusing on upstream A&D valuations and trends. Previously, he was a senior analyst with energy investment-banking firm Cornerstone Ventures LP. He holds a B.S. in Business Management and Marketing from Tulane University.

Chuck Yates Managing Partner, Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P. Chuck Yates is a managing partner for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors’ energy private equity activities. He focuses on identifying investment opportunities as part of Kayne Anderson’s emphasis on energy transactions.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2001, Mr. Yates was a senior vice president at Stephens Inc., an integrated merchant and investment bank.

Ron Dierker Managing Director, JPMorgan Ron is a Managing Director in the Energy Group primarily responsible for the upstream segment In addition, he served as Head of Energy Restructuring for the Corporate Bank during the most recent downturn.

He has been financing the energy sector since 1987, with a primary focus on the debt capital marketss. He joined First Chicago in 1985 and has been with successor organizations since then, relocating to Houston in 1995.

Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Illinois and a Master of Management from the J. L. Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Small Steps Nurturing Center in Houston.

Ron and his wife, Lisa, live in Houston and have two college age children.

Chris Miller Managing Director and Head of North American Energy Investment Banking, CitiChristopher Miller is a Managing Director and Head of North American Energy Investment Banking at Citi. Mr. Miller has worked with Citi’s Global Energy Group since May 2006, and has been an energy investment banker for 25 years. Mr. Miller has worked with a number of different companies on a variety of capital markets and financial advisory transactions. Since 1993, Mr. Miller has advised on over 100 financial advisory transactions representing in excess of $100 billion in aggregate deal volume, and over 200 capital markets transactions raising over $125 billion in aggregate. He is focused on North American oil and natural gas

companies. Prior to graduate school, Mr. Miller was a banking officer at First Interstate Bank in Houston, Texas. Mr. Miller holds a M.B.A. with honors from the University of Chicago and a B.B.A. in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Miller is Treasurer and a board member for the Midtown Arts & Theatre Center – MATCH; he is on the Finance Committee at River Oaks Baptist School; and he serves on the Advisory Board of the Don Jackson Center for Financial Studies at the SMU Cox School of Business.

Stuart Page Managing Director, The Carlyle Group Stuart Page is a Managing Director in the Energy Credit group and is focused on Oilfield Services and Equipment. He is based in Houston.

Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Page was Chief Executive Officer of Glori Energy, an oil production and technology company that he took public on NASDAQ in 2014. Prior to this, he led M&A at IHS Energy. During his 30-year career in the industry, Mr. Page has led upstream oil and gas businesses in seven countries on four continents.

Mr. Page received his MBA from the Harvard Business School and his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Engineering from the University of Oxford.

Alan Smith President & CEO, Rockcliff Energy LLC

Alan has been in the oil and gas business for over 32 years and is currently the President and CEO of Rockcliff Energy, a privately-held independent oil and gas company headquartered in Houston, Texas. He began his career in the East Texas Field in 1986 and after multiple stops at larger E&P companies, he followed his entrepreneurial spirit and founded Chalker Energy Partners in 2003. Over the past 14 years, he has founded or led six companies to successful outcomes for his investors. He founded Rockcliff Energy in January of 2015 with $700 million in private equity commitments, led by Quantum Energy Partners, with the company’s focus being in the Ark-La-Tex and Delaware basin areas.

Prior to Rockcliff Energy, Alan served as both the CEO of Quantum Resources Management, a direct investment private equity fund, and QR Energy, a publicly traded MLP. He previously was a Managing Director at Quantum Energy Partners, where he actively worked with portfolio companies on strategic, operational and other value-building activities. Prior to

Scott Segal Managing Director, MSD Partners L.P. Mr. Segal joined MSD Partners in 2006. He is a Managing Director in the firm’s credit group. Over his 12 years at MSD, Mr. Segal has invested in public and private opportunities including senior loans, mezzanine loans, and structured equity, across a broad range of sectors, including all areas of energy and power.

Prior to joining MSD, Mr. Segal was a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, and an investment professional at HarbourVest Partners. Mr. Segal began his career as an analyst at Salomon Brothers.

Quantum Energy Partners, Alan served as Founder, President and CEO of Chalker Energy Partners, was Chairman of Chalker Energy Partners II and Lead Board Member of Chalker Energy Partners III. Prior to Chalker, Alan held positions of increasing responsibility at Ocean Energy, XPLOR Energy, Ryder Scott Company, Burlington Resources and ARCO Oil and Gas Company.

Alan is presently a District Vice President for the Upper Gulf Coast of the Texas Oil and Gas Association (TXOGA) and is a member of the US Oil & Gas Association’s (USOGA) Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Austin Elam Partner, Haynes and Boone, LLP As a leader in Haynes and Boone’s Oil and Gas Practice Group, Austin Elam maintains a broad transactional energy practice with an emphasis on complex upstream and midstream oil and gas transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and financings of oil and gas properties and energy assets across the broader energy spectrum. Austin’s recent transactions include secured reserve based financings, project development and project finance, and purchase and sale agreements, farmout agreements, participation agreements, joint development agreements and a variety of other transactions ranging from gathering,

transportation and marketing agreements to ISDA Master Agreements and Schedules.

Mark Tharp Head and Managing Director, ORIX Energy Capital Mark Tharp serves as Head and Managing Director of ORIX Energy Capital and is responsible for all aspects of oil and gas investments. With more than 18 years of experience in all phases of energy finance, Mr. Tharp focuses on leading and executing debt and equity financings as well as M&A transactions in upstream, midstream and oilfield services. His track record includes more than 125 transactions totaling in excess of $18 billion in value.

Prior to ORIX Energy Capital, Mr. Tharp was a Director at CLG Energy Finance, LLC, an affiliate of Beal Bank and Beal Bank USA, where he was responsible for all aspects of the oil and gas investment process. Mark Green President, Madava FinancialMark Green is a 30 year + Energy Finance Veteran most recently with Wells Fargo Energy Capital. For the past 12 years he lead a team that deployed over $5 Billion across 250 debt and equity transactions. Mr. Green was a member of the leadership team for the Wells Fargo Energy Group, which is one of the largest capital providers to the sector with relationships that encompass public and private companies across the upstream, midstream, refining, services, power and utilities segments. Mr. Green led a team of investment professionals to provide acquisition and development capital to upstream and midstream companies in the U.S. and Canada. Primary products included development loans, unitranche loans and subordinated/2nd lien debt as well as common and preferred equity investments. Tim Murray Managing Director and Head of Energy Origination, Benefit Street Partners

Tim Murray is a Managing Director and Head of Energy Origination with Benefit Street Partners. He is based in our Houston office. Prior to joining BSP in 2015, Mr. Murray was a Managing Director and Manager of the Houston energy office for GSO Capital Partners since November 2011. He was responsible for investing and raising capital for the energy team at GSO. Prior to joining GSO, Mr. Murray was a Managing Director of Guggenheim Partners and opened the Houston office in September 2005. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Mr. Murray was an Executive Vice President and Manager of the Energy Group at Wells Fargo Bank and

Johnnie Penton Managing Partner, Canaan Resource PartnersJohnnie K. Penton is a Managing Partner of Canaan Resource Partners and is a general partner of Canaan Resource Partners Drilling Fund LP, where he is actively involved in all aspects of fund management. Additionally, he is a general partner of Canaan’s Fund IX and Fund X, and serves as CEO of each fund’s respective operating company.

Charlie Thompson Partner, PinHigh Capital Partners Mr. Thompson serves as the Chairman of our Board of Directors and as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Thompson is currently a Managing Partner of PinHigh Capital Partners, a Houston-based family office affiliated investment partnership with a focus on smaller private oil service and exploration and production (“E&P”) investments. Mr. Thompson spent two years at Nomura Securities building the oil and gas investment banking business. From 2004 to 2014 he was an original partner of Legacy Partners Group, a boutique mergers and acquisitions firm based in New York that was sold to FBR Capital Markets (“FBR”) in the fall

of 2007. Mr. Thompson remained at FBR to run the energy investment banking practice where the focus was small cap oil service and E&P mergers and acquisitions and capital raising. Prior to joining Leucadia / Jefferies, Mr. White spent nearly seven years at BMO Capital Markets in their Energy Investment Banking group in Houston.

Mr. White holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Zach Lee CEO, ARM Energy Zach Lee is the CEO and co-founder of Asset Risk Management, LLC, now known as “ARM Energy Holdings” (ARM). ARM is an independent producer services company that provides E&P and midstream companies with financial hedging, advisory, physical marketing and midstream solutions. When ARM was formed in 2004, the company’s primary focus was providing financial hedging advisory services. Under Mr. Lee’s leadership, the hedging advisory business grew from just one client to what is currently the largest hedging advisory firm in North America, serving more than 130 clients. ARM has 30 gas marketing clients

totaling 2.0 Bcf/d, largely out of the Marcellus, Midcon, Rockies, Permian and Gulf Coast.

Salt Creek Midstream (SCM), a joint venture between ARM Midstream and private equity fund Ares Management and currently has 460/d processing capacity under construction. Along with 500+ miles of gathering pipe in service or under construction, Salt Creek Midstream has 14 producer customers, with over 350,000 dedicated acres.

The KFM (Kingfisher Midstream) venture owns and operates a 260 MMcf/d cryogenic processing plant, natural gas gathering system, and crude oil gathering system in Oklahoma’s STACK play that spans 300,000 acres with 350 MMCf/d of gas processing capacity expected in 4Q18, currently servicing six producers. KFM is the largest private midstream operator in the STACK. In February 2018, Silver Run Acquisition Corporation II entered into definitive agreements to combine with Alta Mesa Holdings, LP and KFM in a combined venture valued at approximately $3.8 billion.

David has over 35 years of business experience, including six years as a partner with Deloitte & Touche and six years as a senior executive in the energy industry. Prior to founding Opportune, David was the President, COO and CFO of a consolidation of construction companies comprising the largest residential plumbing and mechanical company in the United States. David started his career at Deloitte & Touche where he became Partner-in-Charge

of the Firm’s energy audit practice based in Houston. David was also in charge of the corporate finance group for the Southwest Region where he led due diligence teams on several large acquisitions and formulated business plans for new ventures. David left Deloitte to be the Senior Vice President & CFO of a publicly traded exploration & production company where he sourced and closed acquisitions and accessed the public and private capital markets. David has lead numerous recent debtor-side restructuring engagements and has also served as an expert witness on many of the industry’s largest cases over the last decade.

David is an active investor in the energy industry and has served on the boards of numerous energy companies, including Genesis Energy MLP, Encore Energy Partners (MLP), ERCOT, and Marlin Midstream GP, LLC (MLP).

David graduated with honors with a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.

Barry Winstead President and CEO, Forge Energy IIBarry Winstead is the President and CEO of Forge Energy II, a private E&P company headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. Forge Energy, which was started in 2011, completed a successful sale of their Delaware Basin assets to Oasis Petroleum for $946MM in February 2018. Forge was also an early entrant in the horizontal San Andres play, building a 30,000-acre position on the Central Basin Platform which was sold in early 2017. Forge Energy II was launched in June 2018 with a $400MM equity commitment from EnCap Investments.

Starting his career as an engineer with The Superior Oil Company, Barry went on to spend over 20 years with Burlington Resources in multiple roles, ultimately serving as Vice President of BR’s Mid-Continent Division. After the acquisition of Burlington by ConocoPhillips, he spent two years heading up COP’s Business Unit responsible for Rocky Mountain, Permian and Mid-Continent operations.

Barry holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Oregon State University (OSU) and was elected into the OSU Academy of Distinguished Engineers in 2005. He has served on advisory boards at OSU and Texas Tech University and has held leadership positions on many nonprofit boards.
