KEY LEADERSHIP Gabriella C. Calicchio Chief Executive Officer Ms. Calicchio joined the Museum in November 2011, returning to the San Francisco Bay Area after serving as Managing Director of the Children’s Theatre Company in Minneapolis, one of the nation's highestprofile children's theaters and the only company serving a young audience to receive the Tony Award® for outstanding regional theater. Prior to leading the Children’s Theatre Company, Ms. Calicchio held a succession of executive positions in the Bay Area for more than a decade. She served as Managing Director of Marin Theatre Company, Mill Valley, CA for six years after a twoyear tenure as Executive Director of the Diablo Ballet, Walnut Creek, CA. She came to the Bay Area in 1996 to become Director of Theater Operations at Smith Center, Ohlone College in Fremont, CA. Currently, Calicchio also serves on the Board of Directors at San Francisco Travel. Calicchio holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in drama and dance from Bard College, New York and a Master of Arts degree in arts administration and education from Lesley University, Cambridge, MA. She was a CSI Fellow at Stanford University for Executive Leaders in the Arts and a participant in the National Arts Strategies on strategy and finance. established  in  1995  and  strives  to  promote  education,  writing,  and  scholarship  about  Walt  Disney.    Mrs.  Miller  is  well  known  for  her  extensive  philanthropic  work  in  the  Bay  Area  and  throughout  the  United  States.    In  addition  to  her  work  on  founding  The  Walt  Disney  Family  Museum  in  the  Presidio  of  San  Francisco,  Mrs.  Miller  played  a  key  role  in  the  successful  completion  of  the  Frank  Gehry-­‐designed  Walt  Disney  Concert  Hall  in  Los  Angeles  and  has  served  on  the  Board  of  Governors  of  San  Francisco  Symphony.        Mrs.  Miller  and  her  husband,  Ronald  W.  Miller,  own  the  Silverado  Vineyards  Winery  in  Napa  Valley.    The  couple  has  seven  children  and  13  grandchildren.

education,  writing,  and  scholarship  about  Walt  Disney.        Mr.  Miller  was  the  Executive  Producer  of  two  documentaries  about  Walt  Disney.    The  first,  Walt:  The  Man  Behind  the  Myth  (2001),  is  an  in-­‐depth  glimpse  into  Disney’s  luminous  life  and  career.    A  recent  film,  Walt  &  El  Grupo  (2008),  studies  Disney’s  1941  goodwill  tour  to  South  America.    The  trip,  which  included  Disney’s  creative  team,  led  to  the  production  of  Latin  American-­‐themed  animation  features  that  were  screened  both  in  Latin  America  and  the  United  States.
