Indoor Configuration
MAIN SCREEN
The FleetCommander interface is a touch-screen interface.
Just tap the desired item.
You’ll be presented with your approved reservations that are ready to be dispatched if you are the approved driver, if not enter the confirmation#
CHECK OUT
Click on the Check Out button.

The kiosk will then check to make sure that key is present

A countdown starts.
The light on the front of the keybox lights up to indicate the door can be opened. Lift up the tab to open the door
The light next to the correct key lights up. Turn the key to the left and remove it, then close the door. All other keys remain locked in place.
CHECKING OUT A VEHICLE
You’ll see this screen if your attempt was successful.

Click on the Logout button to log out of Key Control.

If you don’t remove the key, the countdown continues.

When it hits 0, the system is finishing checking the status.
The user will then need to run through the check out process again

If a user needs to they can cancel the check out process

The system will then process the cancellation
Once successfully cancelled the user will get a confirmation message

What if vehicle on reservation hasn't
returned?

User will have option to check out a different vehicle or the system will assign
CHECK OUT
If no vehicle are available…. user will need to contact an admin610-519-6989 or 610-519-5800
Check In Vehicle

When returning your keys, click on the Check In button.
You are presented with your reservation.
Click on the button or enter your confirmation#

Pease enter your Mileage In and Fuel In.
Click on Check In.

Click on any of the fields to display virtual keyboard
Users also have the option to enter and send comments to Administrator

Select Check in to check in vehicle
