The key skill today is agility – the ability to rapidly adapt, change direction
Ask: what are uniquely “human” skills?
Creativity, exploration, talking/interacting, inferring, dreaming
Rather then count heads and open requisitions, talent leaders will need to be talent facilitators – finding, nurturing, and creating the talent the firms needs.
Recruiting is becoming more about finding key skills that it is about finding people.
A resume or C.V. is the sum total of a person’s web presence.
