ABOUT KEVIN MOSS Kevin Moss joined CBRE as an Associate in March 2015. Kevin works primarily with retail veterans Keith Hamulak, Joseph Khouri and Stephen Taylor.
Mr. Moss has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 2012, interning at DDR Corp in the Anchor Store Leasing department, followed by a position as a Leasing Associate at Chase Properties, where he worked for two years. Mr. Moss was responsible for the small shop leasing and renewals of Chase Properties’ Ohio, Indiana and Minnesota shopping center portfolio, encompassing over 750,000 square feet.
Mr. Moss is a relentless professional who strategically and proactively targets the best opportunities for his clients. Kevin has extensive training and knowledge in canvassing, and his ability to learn and rapidly adapt to markets to provide up to date market information provides his clients with a value-add competitive advantage.
