Army Exercise Liaison - GDIT /Reger Group/GS-14 - Fort Bliss, TX 12/2011 – Present

Coordinated the development, documentation, and implementation of the Army’s Rapid Equipping Force’s (REF) capability integration into the Brigade Modernization Command (BMC) evaluation cycles through direct coordination with the BMC and Army staff.

Performed the role of REF’s lead planner in BMC battle staff briefings and planning sessions, science and technology working groups, other working groups as applicable, and other recurring meetings in order to plan REF activities at Fort Bliss.

Performed the duties of the brigade’s new equipment fielding and new equipment training officer in charge of a newly stood up infantry brigade combat team. Responsible for coordinating the brigade’s initial transition and modernization plan from standing up. Performed coordination between the Army’s Transformation Team, Fort Bliss’ Mission Support Element, and 3rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team. Responsible for prioritizing the fielding and training of six subordinate battalions to ensure the appropriate technology and capabilities were fielded to the appropriate unit. Coordinated new material in briefs and synchronization meetings for each item fielded.

Second in command and Chief of Staff of a 600 personnel organization; translating guidance into action and resolving areas of concern for the entire organization. Interface with higher headquarters, conducted extensive coordination of staff actions, developed policies and guidance; and provided expert staff advice to the Commander.
