1. Registration and admin sign up

Open the registration page small.ainatalk.com:8000/registration, and insert your Company name, Country and Email.

Open the email sent to you by AINA PTT. Click on the “Confirm registration” button or paste the link provided to your browser.

If your company is in an EU country (not including Finland), please insert a valid VAT ID number.

Click “Register” to complete.

2. Registration of devices

Through the Admin Console you must register your new Kepler devices before you start using them. Also, you need to get an AINA Small Talk subscription to add new user accounts and create talk groups for your team members and their devices (you can find guides on how to do this from: www.ainaptt.com/guides-and-manuals)

Sign in to the AINA Admin Console with your admin Username and Password at small.ainatalk.com:8000/auth/login

Insert your Kepler’s IMEI number which can be found in the back of the device, side of the sales box or the device’s settings under ‘Modem’, and select whether you want the DMO functionality (off-network communication) enabled or disabled.

(1) Click on the “AINA Kepler” tab on the left. (2) Click on “Add new Kepler” on the top right corner.

If you would like to add more than one new device, click on the plus icon on the right, and repeat step 3. Continue doing this for all the devices you would like to register and then click on “Save”.

3. Assigning users and basic button functions

On the AINA Admin Console click on the “AINA Kepler” tab on the left.

In the AINA Admin Console you can manage all of your new and existing Keplers from the AINA Kepler tab. Here you can register new Keplers, assign basic button functions, and assign the device to a specific AINA Small Talk user in your company.

Select for the PTT1, PTT2, and Emergency button ‘Small Talk’.

Find the device you would like to modify from the list and click on “Edit”.

You can assign a Kepler to an AINA Small Talk user when you choose Small Talk for any of the three buttons. Assigning a Kepler to a user will assure they have the correct button configuration and can see and switch between talk groups on their device.

When using AINA Small Talk as the PTT application for your Kepler(s), you can use the AINA Admin Console to follow and update your AINA Small Talk subscription by adding new users and creating or editing talk groups.
