Follow all park rules and regulations. Please leave all radios, toys, and sports equipment in your car. Picnicking and collecting are not permitted. This park is home to the federally protected eastern massasauga rattlesnake. Feed only birds that land in your hand, other wildlife feeding is not permitted. ON THE TRAIL Explore over 700 acres of forests, fields, fens, and swamps. The trails vary in length from one half mile to two miles and can be combined for as long a walk as your time allows. The trails are mainly level unpaved gravel paths, bridges, and boardwalks. Portions of Chickadee and Wildwing Trails are steep. EXPAND YOUR EXPERIENCE Visit live animals. Attend a program/event.
