• The right ambience is always a must for any institution to be a step ahead of a Shanthinikethan. Kendriya Vidyalaya, Narangi has the serenity , surrounded by lush green mountains in the outskirts of Guwahati

The mentors• The school is rich with 61

learned teachers, with a good blend of youth and experience. The senior most at the age of 59 and the youngest at 24.

• A library with 9,000 + books.• 3 Computer labs with all

requisite hardware and software for the support of teachers and students

Rich traditions and modern approach

• The school aims at imbibing the rich Indian traditions and blend it with the ever changing modernity.

• The students are trained to have muscles of iron and nerves of steel and grow with a sense of patriotism.

What other than books and computers??

• Though the school cannot boast of wonderful sports facilities, it uses the maximum of what is available to make the students strong in body as well.

• Though the school cannot boast of a great auditorium or a big hall, within the existing infrastructure our students exhibit their histrionic talents

• We are aware that extensive exposure is what right education is all about. Our students get a lot of exposure to the world around and their learning is not confined to classroom interaction.

• As a result, almost every fourth individual Narangi, is an alumnus of the KV, not to mention the number that have moved to different parts of the globe
