• Failed to record the deed into all parties names- defrauding them of their investment.

• She Failed to pay the mortgages— YET she collected all the rent- aprox. 6,000 per month of income.

• Question? What did she do with the rental income… over 6,000.00 per month…..she lived on it!

• She then dragged the other owners through a law suit- shouting… “I’ve been the victim of fraud”—- TRUTH is she was the FRAUD…

• All of the properties went to foreclosure and she NEVER gave any of the money back… she took the life savings of these people
