I verified and recorded accurate patient demographic, insurance and billing information as required by healthcare regulatory agencies and insurance payers. I possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. I have the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. I have the ability to adapt to stressful situations quickly and effectively.
