ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Stephen Furst QC has been a member of Keating Chambers for over 30 years. A deputy Judge of the Technology and Construction Court he specialises in construction, engineering, energy and technology related disputes and professional negligence actions within these areas. Stephen regularly acts for clients in UK High Courts, Court of Appeal and the House of Lords. An accredited adjudicator and mediator, he is also an arbitrator on domestic and international arbitrations for the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

Sir Vivian Ramsey QC joined Keating Chambers in 1981. He has practiced all over the world, including in the Far East and West Indies and arbitrations on four continents. Sir Vivian was appointed to the High Court Bench in 2005 and voted Construction Silk of the Year by Chambers Directory in the same year. He served as Head of Chambers until his appointment to the Bench, where he is currently the Judge in charge of the Technology and Construction Court.
