Dear Sir, RE : INVITATION TO 2013 KEAT HWA SCOUTING COMPETITIONS &

CAMPFIRE NIGHT ‘DREAM WORLD – WHERE DREAMS BECOME REALITY’

With reference from above, we, the Keat Hwa 53rd Scout Troop and 7th Unit Ranger & 7th Girl Guide Co. cordially invites your Troop, Unit or Coy to our Scouting Skill Competitions & Campfire Night which will be held on the 27th ~ 28th of March 2013. 2. Below is the information regarding this Scouting Skill Competitions & Campfire Night: Date 27th ~ 28th of March 2013 (Wednesday & Thursday) Time 8.00 AM ( 27th March 2013 ) ~ 11.00 PM ( 28th March 2013 ) Venue SMJK Keat Hwa, Alor Setar Admission Fees RM20.00 per participant 3. In addition to the focal agenda, we will have various competitions and programs throughout the day. We strongly encourage your troop, unit or coy members to participate in all the competitions and performance and give us your fullest support in making this Scouting Skill Competitions & Campfire Night a success.

4. For each participant, he or she will obtain: i. Embroidery Badges ii. Scarf iii. Bulletin iv. Passport v. Accommodation vi. First Aid Services 5. In the envelope sent, we have included a set of reply forms. Please fill up the forms together with the teacher adviser’s or unit leader’s contacts and reach us by 25th of February 2013. Your cooperation is much appreciated.
