Overview of additional administrative team positions:

First Assistant DirectorSupport role, 2nd in command to Director of Music & Fine Arts department

State DirectorsSupport role to Director, First Assistant and Regional director of Music & Fine Arts department

LEAD MUSIC DIRECTOR(Will serve as lead Music director for the KBA Music & Fine Arts department at large.)

Under the Lead Music Director will the following positions be available:

First Assistant M.D. - Support role to Lead Music DirectorRegional M.D. - Support role to First AssistantState M.D. - Support role to Regional M.D.

FINE ARTS DEPARTMENT

Fine Arts Team Lead - Will work alongside the Director of Music & Fine ArtsRegional Fine Arts Leaders - support role to Fine Arts Team LeadState Fine Arts Leaders - support role to Fine Arts Team Lead, Regional

(OFFICER REQUIREMENTS)

All of the above positions will need to meet/agree to the following requirements:

1. Active member of their local church.

2. Active member actively serving in the music/fine arts department at their local church, personmust also be in good standing with their pastor, and local music/fine arts leaders.

3. If affiliated with a denomination, or other associate church fellowship outside of your local church,be able to provide name of the leaders serving as President/Director of Music & Fine Artsministry. Be able to provide a general means of contact to these individuals.(email at a minimum,no phone # required) Participation in your denominational, associate church fellowship's music &fine arts ministries, is not a requirement, but is welcomed.

4. Active member of KBA and its organization.

5. Able and available to attend at least last two days of Annual KBA Summit and late-night musical.

6. Able to volunteer services rendered for and/or in the name/function of KBA's ministry needsand/or objectives. In other words not requiring payment and/or expense, bill invoice for anyservices rendered.

7. Able to pay for all expenses related to travel, meal and other expenses related for attending anyor all KBA functions, unless otherwise notified.

(LEAD ROLE DESCRIPTIONS)

First Assistant, Regional, State Directors - Support role to Director of Music & Fine Arts department.

Detail of position role:

1. Will help facilitate request directed to the offices of the KBA Music & Fine Arts department ofKBA.(National, Regional, State, Local level)

2. Assist with coordinating worship service needs for any KBA events, and/or annual Summit.

3. Further the communication amongst KBA worship team members, and it's cabinet.

4. Orchestrate musical needs to direct choral, group, fine arts team, band rehearsals w/musicdirector.

5. Able to teach vocal parts and/or train vocals clearly.

6. Know music key for songs, basic flow of a song.

7. Coordinate work flow request, and assist with programming.

Lead Music Director - Will serve as lead Music director for the KBA Music & Fine Arts department.


1. Will coordinate with Director of Music & Fine Arts what band members, instrumentalists are

needed for each service need.

2. Take lead in learning submitted song list from Director of Music & Fine Arts, able to meetdeadlines to have songs learned.

3. Coordinate necessary band rehearsals, and/or musician training for learning of song material.

4. Facilitate request from Director of Music to the continued development of music directorsassociated with KBA, and/or pastoral request for the likes.

5. Available to travel to/from KBA annual summit for all day's of annual conference.

6. A understanding that at the present time no guaranteed payment is provided, other than a love

offering and/or offset payment for expenses as arranged.

7. Work with and/or have a general understanding of audio sound equipment, be able to lead asound technician to balance music and vocal audio levels.

(LEAD ROLE DESCRIPTIONS)

Fine Arts Team Leader - Will serve as main director for the Fine Arts department of KBA at large.


1. Will coordinate with Director of Music to facilitate the need/request for Fine Arts presentations.

2. Ability to provide a array of fine arts presentations that may consist of dramatization, praisedance, and/or mime performance.

3. A good steward of time management, to be able to consolidate and orchestrate a presentationwithin an allotted time provided.

4. Able to use good judgment pertaining to appropriate attire, wardrobe uniform.

5. Creatively driven to foster and discover new talents covering an array of artistic gifts and talents.

6. Ability to provide training, and/or wise counsel for team participants as needed.

7. Available to facilitate request to provide helpful tools and/or information for KBA pastoral leadersand/or associates.
