Greetings my fellow KBA leaders and members,
First, I would like to formally extend my hand of help in assisting your local, and/or regional worshipteams. Rather it is for counsel of best practices, connectivity of resources, and/or neutralfeedback, please be aware that Im here to serve you. Feel free to also direct your worship/fine artsleaders to my attention directly for the same. (My contact information is listed below.)
Secondly, we are gearing up towards the third annual KBA Summit in September of this year. Im in theprocess of gathering and forming a resourceful team of worship/fine arts leaders, as a greater support to
the furtherance of KBA worship team at large. Growing the team is one of my first endeavors, in sayingthat please review a list of department needs to grow our support staff for the KBA music & fine arts team.(See Attachment)
Thereafter, If you would like to refer any of your local, regional leaders, musicians for consideration,please have this individual forward me a short resume to my attention [email protected]. Please include a statement/letter of recommendation of why you would likefor them to be considered as a co-leader in this effort. In addition to email submission, have them ccyourself, and my direct overseer Pastor Fields. By doing this, it will provide proof of delivery, inregards time/date of submission.
Please note KBA membership is also required for consideration. From there with the approval of ourPresident, board, and my direct overseer Pastor Fields, we will make the additional appointments as
needed. My goal is to have this support team formulated by this August, prior to our upcoming annualSummit in September. Any questions about what we are looking for andwhat type of help is needed,please refer back to the attachment.
In closing, we have some exciting things in store at the upcoming Summit, designed to pour back into ourWorship/Fine arts leaders and musicians for greaterempowerment. We will also conclude the annualSummit with a late night musical on Friday, September 28, 2012. Stay tuned for more details.
