GENERAL RULES

1. Participants should be student or member representing

their school or club, refers to the category

2. Participants must perform one of Indonesian

(nusantara) cultural dance which is presented in new

creativity.

3. The dance shown is an original creation which has

never been commercially published , and had never won

an award before.

4. Costumes must be appropriate to the theme of the

dance and the norm of morals and decency.

5. Members of each group are 5-12 dancers (gender is not

determined)

6. Music companion may use any instruments, and only

accepted in digital format.

CATEGORY

1. The Festival is open to all ages. Each entry will be

placed into one of the following age categories, based

on their average age of the competing year.

• PETITE Class (PAUD-TK), age : 4-6

• JUNIOR Class (SD), age : 7-12

• SENIOR Class (SMP-SMA), age : 13-18

• ADVANCE Class (Open), age : no age limit.

2. Group can only have maximum 30% from total number

of members of ages maximum 1 year than the limits

specified above.

*So if a group has an average age of JUNIOR Class and

there are 12 dancers, but 5 are above the age of

12, the group will be moved to the SENIOR Class.

3. Photocopies of proof of age for each of the participants

will be asked for in case of inquiry or dispute.

5. Penari tiap grup berjumlah 5-12 orang, boleh

beranggota campuran (perempuan dan laki-laki)

6. Ketentuan musik pengiring yang digunakan adalah

bebas (peralatan tradisional ataupun modern) dan

disiapkan dalam bentuk rekaman digital file (MP3).

KATEGORI

1. Festival ini terbuka bagi semua usia. Peserta akan

didaftarkan ke dalam salah satu kategori sesuai usia

saat kompetisi, sebagai berikut ;

• PETITE Class (PAUD dan TK), usia : 4-6

• JUNIOR Class (SD sederajat), usia : 7-12

• SENIOR Class (SMP-SMA sederajat), usia : 13-18

• ADVANCE Class (Terbuka), usia : Bebas.

2. Tiap grup hanya boleh memiliki maksimal 30% dari

total jumlah anggota yang usianya yang usianya

maksimal 1 tahun diatas batas yang ditentukan

*Misalnya grup anda terdaftar di JUNIOR class

dengan jumlah penari 12 orang namun ada 5 orang

yang usianya melebihi batas, maka grup anda akan

dimasukkan ke SENIOR class.

3. Fotokopi Akte Kelahiran dapat diminta jika

sewaktu-waktu diperlukan.

KETENTUAN UMUM

1. Peserta adalah siswa atau anggota aktif

mewakili institusi sesuai kategori yang

diikuti

2. Peserta menarikan salah satu tari kreasi

tradisional nusantara yang berasal dari

seluruh wilayah Indonesia

3. Tarian yang ditampilkan adalah kreasi

original (belum dipublikasikan secara

komersil), dan belum pernah

mendapatkan penghargaan pada

lomba sebelumnya.

4. Kostum harus sesuai dengan tema

tarian, dan harus memenuhi kaidah

kesopanan.

PERHATIAN

• Jadwal resmi kompetisi akan diumumkan sekitar 1-2 minggu

sebelum kompetisi dan akan diinformasikan kepada tiap

peserta. Harap memperhatikan jadwal tersebut dan

memberitahu kami jika ada permintaan tertentu. *

* Kami berupaya sebaik mungkin melayani permintaan

peserta. Namun dimohon pengertiannya bahwa permintaan

anda juga mungkin bisa berpengaruh pada peserta lain dan

tidak dapat dipenuhi.

• Tidak akan ada perubahan jadwal maksimal 4 hari sebelum

pelaksanaan kompetitsi. Jadwal final ini harus dipatuhi.

Kekeliruan peserta dalam mematuhi jadwal menjadi

tanggungjawabnya sendiri.

• Semua peserta harus siap 1 jam sebelum jadwal tampilnya.

Panitia penghubung kami akan menginformasikan jika terjadi

perubahan dan penyesuaian jadwal, apabila terjadi kompetisi

lebih cepat atau lebih lambat dari jadwal jadwal yang tertera.

NOTICE

• A schedule will be issued approximately 1 to 2 week prior to competition

and will be informed to each participant. *

* We will do our best to honor all requests for scheduling. But please be

realistic with these requests and keep in mind that your request may

conflict with others' and may not be able to be accommodated

• No schedule changes are allowed less than 4 days prior to the festival. The

final schedule must be followed, with failure to following the order possibly

resulting in loss of participation and it is on your own risk

• All performers should be ready to perform 1 hour prior to their scheduled

time. Our LO will keep the participants informed of any time-related

changes, such as the competition running either early or late, or changes

to scheduled breaks

PROCEDURE OF APPEARANCE

1. Participants will appear in turn based on the

draw order

2. The appearance order will be drawn at the

technical meeting (TM). the team who did not

attend the TM draw will be represented by the

committee which will then be notified to the

team concerned

3. Only 3 persons of companion will be allowed

backstage per performance.

4. The organizer provides:

• Transit Room at the backstage

• Stage 12 m x 8 m

• Standard Sound System

• Standard Lighting

5. The performance time limit for each entry will

be strictly enforced as specified below :

• PETITE Class ; 3 - 6 minutes

• JUNIOR Class ; 4 - 7 minutes

• SENIOR Class ; 4 - 7 minutes

• ADVANCE Class ; 5 - 9 minutes

(running over maximum time limit will impact

your points)

TATACARA PENAMPILAN

1. Penampilan peserta lomba akan

dilaksanakan berdasarkan nomor urut.

2. Nomor urut penampilan akan diundi

saat technical meeting (TM). Nomor urut

tim yang tidak menghadiri TM akan

dilakukan oleh panitia yang selanjutnya

akan diberitahukan kepada tim yang

bersangkutan.

3. Maksimal hanya 3 orang official yang

boleh menemani di belakang panggung.

4. Panitia menyediakan fasilitas sebagai

berikut :

• Ruang Transit di belakang panggung

• Panggung (PxL) : 12 m x 8 m

• Tata Suara (standar)

• Tata Cahaya (standar)

5. Durasi penampilan tiap peserta diatur

dengan batasan :

• PETITE class : 3 - 6 menit

• JUNIOR class : 4 - 7 menit

• SENIOR class : 4 - 7 menit

• ADVANCE class : 5 - 9 menit

PENJURIAN DAN PENILAIAN

1. Keputusan Dewan Juri adalah mutlak dan tidak

dapat diganggu gugat.

2. Festival ini akan dinilai oleh para juri profesional.

Tiap juri akan memberi nilai menggunakan skala

nilai 100, berdasarkan kriteria hal berikut :

1. Teknik dan Interpretasi : Wiraga + Wirasa

2. Harmonisasi : Materi + Pencapaian

3. Showmanship : Wirama + Performance

3. Dalam penilaian, apabila ada juri yang merupakan

pelatih dari tim yang berkompetisi, maka nilai dari

juri tersebut tidak akan dimasukkan sebagai

penilaian untuk menjaga prinsip keadilan.

4. Rekap nilai dan komentar juri akan dikirimkan

melalui email pada tiap peserta dalam 2 minggu

setelah kompetisi.

JUDGING AND ASSESSMENT

1. The decision of the judges is final and cannot be contested.

2. This festival will be judged by a professional judges. Each

judge will use following evaluations to judge the items, the

total score possible is 100 :

1. Teknik dan Interpretasi : Wiraga + Wirasa

2. Harmonisasi : Materi + Pencapaian

3. Showmanship : Wirama + Performance

3. For the sake of fairness in assessment, the score of any

judges who has teacher-student relations and kinship with

the choir will be excluded.

4. Score recap and judges comments per each category for

each team will be sent to the participants via Email within

2 weeks after the competition.

• Wiraga : Kemampuan gerak tari penari

• Wirasa : Penghayatan/pencapaian ekspresi & karakter

• Wirama : Ketepatan gerak tari dengan musik iringan

• Harmonisasi : Keserasian wiraga, wirasa dan wirama

LARANGAN

1. Dilarang menggunakan video atau sound

recording, MICROPHONE, amplifkasi suara atau

instrumen selain yang disediakan di venue

2. Dilarang menggantikan anggota yang berhalangan

tanpa konfirmasi kepada panitia.

PROHIBITION

1. The use of video or sound recording, MICROPHONE, or

sound amplification is prohibited other than those

provided at the venue.

2. Not allowed to replace members who are unable to

attend without confirmation to the committee

AWARDING AND CEREMONY

Each Participant in the competition will receive a Certificate

and Medal according to the final score. Only the participant

who achieve a Gold Medal and also Highest Score in each

category will get the Category Winner Trophy

All participants must attend the Closing Ceremony to hear

the announcement of the results from all COFF6-2019

activities.

Certificate, Medal and Trophy will only be awarded at this

time. There will be no re-awarding on the stage for any

participant who is accidentally late or couldn’t attend the

Award Ceremony

PENGHARGAAN DAN PERAYAAN

Setiap grup peserta akan menerima Sertifikat dan Medali,

mengacu pada nilai akhir. Hanya grup yang meraih Medali

Gold sekaligus Highest Score pada tiap kategori yang akan

menerima Tropi Pemenang Kategori (Category Winner

Trophy)

Seluruh peserta wajib menghadiri Closing Ceremony untuk

mendengarkan pengumuman hasil kegiatan COFF6-2020.

Sertifikat, Medali dan Tropi hanya akan diberikan pada saat ini. Tidak akan ada

penyerahan ulang dipanggung jika terjadi keterlambatan atau tidak dapat

menghadiri Closing Ceremony.
