Les dispositifs dancrageLa nouvelle directive europenne sur les Machines 2006/42/CE et les nouvelles dispositions de loi en matire de scurit et de sant sur le lieu de travail, pour lItalie le nouveau texte unique dudcret lgislatif 81/08, font de nouveau ressortir limportance de rduire au minimum les risques dans les oprations de levage de charges.

En rponse, Stamperia Carcano propose une srie de dispositifs dancrage destins excuter, en toute scurit, les oprations de manutention et/ou de levage de charges, tous conus,fabriqus et contrls dans ses propres tablissements en garantie dun produit MADE IN ITALY .

Grce lactivit de conception pour laquelle les techniciens de latelier de moulage Carcano effectuent une analyse attentive de toutes les conditions de scurit prescrites par les directivescommunautaires et les rglementations de rfrence, grce aux matires premires de qualit et grce un contrle continu du procd de production, les dispositifs garantissent :

- des performances leves, mme avec des tirages hors axe,- une facilit dorientation et dauto-alignement sous charge,- un encombrement minimal en phase dutilisation,- un coefficient de scurit de 4 dans toutes les directions de tirage.

Les dispositifs darrt antichuteDans lactivit quotidienne des travailleurs de toutes les industries et sur les chantiers fixes ou provisoires, il arrive souvent de devoir excuter des travaux en hauteur dans des positions o ilsavre difficile dappliquer les dispositifs de protection collective, comme les garde-corps et les lignes de vie.

Latelier de moulage Carcano propose ainsi de nouveaux dispositifs de protection individuelle destins garantir larrt antichute du travailleur. Les dispositifs raliss conformment toutes lesdirectives et toutes les rglementations spcifiques sur les dispositifs de protection individuelle (89/686, 795, 362, 364, 365) sont soumis de svres contrles par chantillonnage jusqu 100%afin de garantir laptitude lusage de chaque pice.

cet effet, les dispositifs sont soumis lhomologation dorganismes accrdits nationaux et internationaux.

Les anneaux de levage DIN 580/582En complment de la famille des dispositifs dancrage, latelier de moulage Carcano fournit galement le classique anneau de levage DIN 580/582 dans les versions standards en acier aucarbone, dans la version en acier inoxydable pour usages permanents dans les ambiances extrieures et/ou marines et, galement la version en acier alli de classe 8.8.

Les anneaux de levage DIN580/582 prsentent, de par leur constitution, une srie de limitations lusage, comme la difficult dorientation dans la direction de la charge, la trs forte rductiondes portes pour les tirages hors axe qui, sans une valuation attentive de la part de lutilisateur, peuvent exposer les travailleurs de trs gros risques difficiles prvenir.

Il est donc conseill de nemployer ces anneaux de levage que lors des oprations o les types de la charge, de la zone de travail et des manutentions gnrent une faible exposition au risquedcrasement, de choc et daccidents en gnral pour les personnes.

AnschlagpunkteDie neue europische Maschinenrichtlinie 2006/42/EG und die neuen gesetzlichen Arbeitssicherheits- und Arbeitsschutzvorschriften in Italien der neue Einheitstext D.Lgs 81/08 fordern,Gefhrdungen beim Heben von Lasten so weit wie mglich zu beschrnken.

Um dieser Forderung zu entsprechen, bietet Stamperia Carcano eine Reihe von Anschlagreinrichtungen fr das sichere Heben und/oder Transportieren von Lasten an, die durchweg bei uns imHaus konstruiert, gefertigt und geprft werden und garantiert "MADE IN ITALY" sind.

Eine Planung und Konstruktion, bei der unsere Fachplaner alle wesentlichen Sicherheitsanforderungen der europischen Richtlinien und einschlgigen Normvorschriften genau untersuchen,sowie hochwertige Werkstoffe und eine durchgehende Prozessberwachungen gewhrleisten Anschlagmittel:

- mit voller Tragfhigkeit auch bei Belastung auerhalb der Ringebene- einfache Selbstausrichtung unter Belastung- kleinste Anwendungsabmessungen- 4-fache Sicherheit in allen Belastungsrichtungen

AbsturzsicherungenBei der tglichen Arbeit in allen Industriezweigen, auf festen oder vorbergehenden Baustellen muss oftmals in der Hhe an Stellen gearbeitet werden, wo die Anbringung von kollektivenSchutzeinrichtungen wie Brstungen oder selbst Seilsicherungssystemen schwierig ist.

Stamperia Carcano bietet aus diesem Grund neuartige Absturzsicherungen fr die Persnliche Schutzausrstung an. Alle Absturzsicherungen entsprechen den einschlgigen Richtlinien undNormen fr Persnliche Schutzausrstungen (89/686/EWG, EN 795, 362, 364 und 365) und werden strengen Prfungen von bis zu 100% unterzogen, um die Gebrauchstauglichkeit jedeseinzelnen Teils zu gewhrleisten.

Auerdem werden alle unsere Absturzsicherungen durch akkreditierte nationale und internationale Prfstellen zulassungsgeprft.

Ringschrauben nach DIN 580/582Zur Familie der Anschlageinrichtungen von Stamperia Carcano gehrt auch die klassische Ringschraube nach DIN 580/582 in C-Stahl- sowie Edelstahlausfhrung fr den dauerhaften Einsatzim Auenbereich und/oder in salzwasserbelasteter Umgebung, die zustzlich dazu auch in der Ausfhrung aus legiertem Stahl der Gteklasse 8.8 erhltlich ist.

Aufgrund ihrer Beschaffenheit weisen Ringschrauben nach DIN 580/582 einige Einsatzbeschrnkungen auf wie z.B. die eingeschrnkte Ausrichtung in Belastungsrichtung oder die starkverminderte Tragkraft bei Belastung auerhalb der Ringebene, was die Arbeitenden ohne umsichtige Handhabung durch den Verwender sehr hohen Gefahren aussetzt, die sich nur schwer

verhindern lassen.

Aus diesem Grund sollten diese Ringschrauben nur bei Hebeaufgaben verwendet werden, bei denen aufgrund der Lastbeschaffenheit, des Arbeitsbereichs und der erzeugten Lastbewegungeneine geringe Quetsch-, Sto- und Verletzungsgefahr besteht.

the rotating eyebolt must be fitted by a qualified staff of age as it is used for lifting operations which must be carried out in compliance with the machinery directive 2006/42/CE and subsequent

Ringschrauben sind vor jedem Gebrauch nach der mitgelieferten Montageanleitung und mindestens einmal jhrlich durch einen Sachverstndigen auf ihren einwandfreien Zustand zu berprfen.

BENUTZERINFORMATION

Die Ringschraube muss durch volljhriges Fachpersonal montiert werden, da sie bei Hebevorgngen eingesetzt wird, die entsprechend den Bestimmungen der Maschinenrichtlinie 2006/42/EG

- und den nachfolgenden nderungen - auszufhren sind.Der Fachmann, der den Hubvorgang berwacht, muss immer den Schwerpunkt der Last ermitteln und die Ringschrauben so positionieren, dass immer gewhrleistet ist, dass die Last ausgewo-gen verteilt ist.Bercksichtigen Sie bei einer asymmetrischen Last eine Reduzierung der Tragfhigkeit entsprechend der Bezugstabelle.Prfen Sie die Eignung der Festigkeitsklasse der Mutterschraube zur Aufnahme der Ringschraube im Verhltnis zu der zu hebenden Last (das Material der Mutterschraube muss eineZugfestigkeit aufweisen, die gleich oder grer als die von Stahl S235JR ist Bezugsbestimmung UNI EN 10025).Die Tiefe der Gewindebohrung muss minimal sein. 1xd fr Stahl

Gehen Sie zum Ausbau in umgekehrter Reihenfolge vor.Prfen Sie, ob die Auflageflche der Mutterschraube hinsichtlich Ebenheit und Gre geeignet ist, die Auflage der gesamten ebenen Oberflche der Hubse sowie deren ausreichendes

Anliegen gewhrleistet. Der Gebrauch der Ringschraube bei auskragenden Teilen der Auflageflche ist verboten.Ziehen Sie die Ringschraube fest, bis sie vollstndig an der Auflageflche anliegt.Nach dem Festziehen muss sich die Ringmutter unbehindert drehen lassen.Nach der Montage muss der Ring der Ringmutter in Richtung der Belastung ausgerichtet werdenBei den Hubvorrichtungen, die an der Konstruktion befestigt bleiben, wird geraten, das Element mittels Gewindehaftmittel zu befestigen.die Ringschraube kann unter vollkommener Sicherheit bis zu max. 20.000 Hubvorgngen bei voller Last eingesetzt werden.bei einem Heben unter hoher Gefahr mssen die Sicherheitsbedingungen fr die der Gefahr ausgesetzten Personen garantiert werden.
