Raise right knee and pull hands back to LHS (intermediate) 4. Lunge or one & half Steps forward into Kosa Dachi & right Uchi Uke with wrist augmentation 5. Kata Techniques – Bassai Dai

1. Yoi position. Feet in Heiko Dachi.

2. Bring right foot in and hands together Left over right for Kata start position.

3. Raise right knee and pull hands back to LHS (intermediate)

4. Lunge or one & half Steps forward into Kosa Dachi & right Uchi Uke with wrist augmentation

5. Turn 180� anticlockwise and perform Uchi Uke with LH

6. Perform reverse Uchi Uke with RH

7. Turn 180� clockwise and perform reverse soto uke(intermediate)

8. Complete reverse Soto Uke with LH

9. Perform Uchi Uke RH
