Tuesday Afternoon Storytime Beginning in October Storytime will now be
offered in the afternoon on Tuesdays from
2:00-3:00pm. Join us for stories, rhymes,
crafts, a short movie, and snack.
Recommended for preschool age and
younger. If you are unable to attend in the
afternoon, Storytime will continue on Mondays
at 10:00am.
October 18 3:30-5:00pm Show off your Potterword knowledge at this
Trivia Challenge! Teams may have 2-5
members. Costumes welcome! Registration is
required, visit website to sign up. All ages
welcome!

Have I mentioned that the library has a Friend’s of the Library group? The library is fortunate to have this wonderful group working to enhance
library services to our community. On Wednesday, October 17th this group is welcoming Friends of the Karl Junginger Memorial Library and those who wish to sign up and become a friend to their annual
meeting. There will be social time at 5:30 and a dinner at 6:00. The Friends group will be sponsoring the main dish and drinks but would love for everyone else to bring a dish to share. If you love the library please consider joining this wonderful group and by doing so you are giving back to a place you love. The Friends welcome new members and by contributing as a library friend you can make a lasting difference and become an advocate for the KJM Library. Hope you can make it!

Placing a Hold
You can be one of the first to get our new items! It’s as easy as placing a hold! Visit cafelibrareis.org or click on Café Catalog on our website. Click on My Account—Login. Login using your library card barcode and password. Search for the item you are looking for. On the right side column choose “place a hold” and “submit request.” That’s it! Contact us if you need any help.
NaNoWriMo Workshop
To celebrate November’s National Novel Writing Month, we will be hosting a 6 week writing workshop beginning Tuesday, October 30 at 6:00pm. All writing levels and genres are welcome to attend. Registration is required. Visit our website for more details or to sign up!

FRIENDS News Our Wiener & Kraut Day 5K
and Book Sale were a huge
success! Thank you to all that participated or
shopped! Coming up is our Annual Meeting on
October 17. Social at 5:30pm and dinner at
6:00pm. Main dish and drinks will be provided,
please bring a dish to pass. All current
members are encouraged to attend as well as
anyone interested in joining. Meeting topics
include elections (Vice President, Secretary
and Volunteer Coordinator) and activities for
the year including the Library's 25th
anniversary celebration.
