TRANSCRIPT

BACKGROUND:The business name, ‘Kanofski’ is my maiden name and it has a very strong Polish name – it stands out! The Kanofski Design logo is actually my original signature (no one else has the same signature and typeface). The swirl symbolises our Galaxy and represents ideas growing from small beginnings to larger or expanding ideas. The colours inside the swirl represents creativity.

MISSION STATEMENT:Kanofski Design is a freelance graphic design, photo restoration and surface pattern design service that provides a high quality, professional service for the Deaf and Hearing Community in Australia and internationally.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:Kanofski Design aims to work with the Deaf and Hearing Community Australia wide for the first two or three years, to pave the way for working with International business sectors. I would also like to work with bigger organisations/corporations and historical societies and to work on larger projects, so as to broaden my client base, as the Deaf Community is only a small part of the community.

Due to the Deaf Community being a minority group, the objectives for the first two or three years are to establish and expand the business by focusing on graphic design, photo imaging and some surface pattern design. I will seek clients who value my graphic design and photo restoration skills and help clients to achieve their target market.
