The work have been completed with extra

ordinary rate of progress. The work is

completed with amounting Rs.4374.76

Lakhs one month prior to stipulated date of

completion inspite of increase in the scope of

work.

El Castillo

The work consisted of Basement + Ground +

27 oors building. The total 18 ats having

area of each at 4500 Sq.Ft to 7500 Sq.Ft.

District Court Building

It has exceptional Architectural features

specially designed by internationally

recognized Architects M/s Kavinda Roy &

Chowdhari, New Delhi.

Construction of Main Building

The location of the site is in restricted plant

area of Bhabha Atomic Research Center. The

concrete work is only by using RMC and

heavy density Hematite concrete.

Meera CHS

The residential cum commercial building

having (Ground + Podium + 18 oors ) was

our prestigious mega project for MEERA Co-

op Housing Society Ltd of IS and IPS ofcers

of Maharashtra state.

Sanpada Railway Station Complex

All slabs and beams were casted with RMC.

The ooring, external and internal cladding

with Granite and Ceramic tiles of different

colours attract the attention of every passer

by.

Shah Signature

The work consists Ground + 21 oors

commercial building that includes Shops at

Ground & 1st Floor, Parking from 2nd to 5th

level and ofces above 5th level.

Khandeshwar Railway Station

The work consisted of construction of

connecting passage, entrance concourse,

platform ooring, Polycarbonate roong,

Retaining wall, development in forecourt

area, electrical works and other allied works

at Khandeshwar Railway Station.

Cyber One

The work consisted of Ground + 24 oor

commercial building for Information

Technology purpose. The work involves Pre-

cast piling of dia 600 to 1000 mm dia by

using MS liner.

Udaygiri – 100 Residential Flats

The residential building having Ground + 17

oors was our prestigious project for DAE.

The building having 2 wings to

accommodate 100 ats with modern

amenities.

Faculty Housing Building

The work consists Stilt + 16 oors having 60

ats. The work involves civil works with

internal services like water supply, sewage

disposal, internal and external

electrications, Fire Fighting and re Alarm

system, Elevators etc.

company in 1990 and focused his skills on overall

great extent. He supervises the workforce and

technical requirements of all the engineers working

on the site.

Growing up, Mr.Pathik Thumar had no doubts in

his mind as to what he would eventually become.

After completing his business management from

Brunel University, London now persuing his

diploma in civil engineering, today he leads his

team with the same feel for amboyance and the

same eye for detail as his father.

A talented young commerce graduate manages the
