ReservationsPlease book well in advance to secure

your preferred treatment. Confirmedbooking must be supported by a current

credit card.

House Rules and ArrivalPlease arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before

your appointment to allow for preparation.Should you arrive late for your appointment your

treatment time may be reduced accordingly,however the full price will be charged for the

treatment. Booking times are inclusive of client andtherapist preparation.

Please switch off your mobile phone during your visit inorder for the spa to provide clients with a private and

peaceful experience. We recommend minimal jewellery asit can easily be lost. The Spa is not responsible for loss or

damage to a clients personal belongings, however caused.Our peaceful area is designed for men and women, pleaseunderstand we cannot accommodate children under 16.

AttireDisposable underwear is provided for body treatments, orswimwear may be worn if you choose. For hydrotherapy andfloatation swimwear is advisable. Dark underclothes are advisablefor false tanning to avoid any staining to your clothing.We provide Towels and robes for your comfort where appropriate.

Each Package Includes*Complimentary robe and slippers, *Smoothies and fruit bowl,*Use of gym sauna, steam-room and pool. *Where “ChoiceFacial” is used it indicates a choice between Moor Velvet, DrHauschka Reviving or Pevonia Rejuvenating facials. To helpyou obtain maximum comfort from our treatments we haveindicated approximate time you will need to allow for eachpackage. This does not indicate the length of time of eachtreatment. If you wish to use the pool you will need to allowextra time for this.

Cancellation PolicyYour credit card details are required to book Spa Appointments.A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if cancelling treatments;otherwise 50% of the treatment cost applies. Cancellations of lessthan 4 hours or failure to turn up will result in the full cost of thetreatment being charged. In the case of special packages a minimumof 48 hours notice applies.By submitting your Credit Card Details, and proceeding with atreatment booking, you are authorising a charge on your behalfshould a cancellation become necessary within the above time frame.

Gift VouchersVouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Vouchers sentby post are entirely at the purchaser’s risk. No responsibilityfor non arrival can be taken by Kachina. Vouchers cannotbe refunded in part or full once purchased. All vouchershave an expiry date of 6 months from date of purchase.
