jig and fixtures to improve the quality & productivity. Support the die casting production team for setting the machines to achieve the

quality requirements. Identify & perform maintenance, trouble shooting and machine fault analysis. Provide training to the entire team in the production and quality sections. Conduct rejection analysis. Cost saving by reverse engineering / localizing of equipment in die casting process. ISO 9001 implementation and its documentation. Adhering ISO documentation like OS, FMEA, PFMEA, and Control charts, Poka

Yoke etc. Standardization of manufacturing process in die casting. Process improvement in die casting and electroplating section.
