1 Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Justice Legislation (Fees)Amendment and Repeal Regulation (No. 1) 2014.

2 Commencement

(1) This regulation commences on 1 July 2014.

(2) The amendments of the Liquor Regulation 2002 in theschedule commence immediately after the commencement ofsection 6(2) to (5) of the Liquor Amendment Regulation(No. 2) 2014.

3 Subordinate legislation amended in schedule

The schedule amends the subordinate legislation it mentions.

4 Repeal

The Personal Property Securities (Ancillary Provisions)Regulation 2011, SL No. 263 is repealed.
