Just like all breeds, it's hit or miss. I knew a woman who had two corgis for breeding. Not heavy breedingor anything, no puppy mills. And I would go over to her house to play with the dogs all the time. Some ofthem would bark a lot, others not. It was kind of funny because we very strongly disliked each other, butwe both REALLY liked corgis. It was like the only peace time in what was essentially a war to piss eachother off and make the other one quit.
