DELEGATED:a) Cadastral or land registration cases covering lots where
there is no controversy or opposition, or contested lots the value of which does not exceed 100k as may be assigned by the SC
SPECIAL:a) Petitions for habeas corpus in absence of all RTC judges in
the province or city.
SUMMARY PROCEDURE:a) FE and UD cases irrespective of the amount of damages
or unpaid rentals; atty fees must not exceed 20kb) All other cases, except probate proceedings where the
total claim does not exceed 100k, 200k exclusive of interest and costs
