Juniper Networks Certification Program eCertificate Download and Print Instructions for Juniper Networks Employees

OVERVIEW

Your JNCP eCertificates are now available in your user account on the Juniper Networks Learning Portal. Please follow the simple instructions below to download your JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP or your JNCIE eCertificates.

Step 1: Go to CertManager, and make sure your primary email address is your Juniper Networks email address. Make

note of your first and last name and your CertManager I.D. because you need this in Step 2.

Step 2: Update your Juniper Networks Employee Learning Portal user account with your first and last name and

CertManager I.D. (see Step 1).

NOTE: A Juniper Networks Learning Portal user account has been automatically created for ALL employees. You access the Learning Portal via single sign-on with your Juniper Networks Windows login credentials.

Step 2: To update your existing user account on the Juniper Networks Learning Portal, go to Step 2B below.

Step 3: View your active eCertificates in your user account My History.

Step 4: Download and print your eCertifcates.

DETAILED eCERTIFCATES DOWNLOAD AND PRINT INSTRUCTIONS

Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the date of your exam for your eCertificates to become available in your

Juniper Networks Learning Portal user account.

Step 1: Go to CertManager, login to your account, and do the following:

Note: If you are new to Juniper certifications, CertManager will send you an account activation email. Follow the

instructions to set up your account and then login to CertManager. We recommend you cut and paste this information

directly from your CertManager account into your Learning Portal account.

Make note of exactly how your first and last name is displayed

Make note of your CertManager I.D. This number is to the right of your name and you will need to enter this

number into your Juniper Networks Learning Portal user account.

Ensure your primary email address registered in CertManager is your Juniper Networks email address o If your primary email address is already registered as your Juniper Networks email address, proceed to

Step 2. o If you need to update your primary email address to your Juniper Networks email address, please allow

up to 24 hours before proceeding to Step 2 to allow your eCertificate to appear in the Learning Portal.

Note: This is a good opportunity to update your personal information by accessing Update Personal Info.

NOTE: If you are unable to access your CertManager Account, email us at [email protected] and for

account recovery assistance.

Step 2: Go to the Juniper Networks Learning Portal Home page at:

https://learningportal.juniper.net/juniper/default.aspx and login by following the

instructions in Step 2A.

NOTE: A Juniper Networks Learning Portal user account has been automatically created for ALL employees. You access the Learning Portal via single sign-on with your Juniper Networks Windows login credentials.

Step 2A: Click on ‘Log In’ at the top right of the Learning

Portal Home Page.

Next, click on ‘Juniper Employees:

Enter here’

Then, on the single sign-on screen, enter your Juniper Networks Windows login credentials.

Step 2B: To access your eCertificates, you must update your existing user account with your CertManager I.D. in the

Juniper Networks Learning Portal by following the steps below:

Then go to My Profile

Then, go to Edit My Contact Information and update the fields below. We recommend you copy and paste this

information from your CertManager account to your Learning Portal account.

o Update First Name and Last Name

o Enter your CertManager I.D. and your first name and last name as it appears in CertManager

o Make sure your email address is your Juniper Networks email address

o Hit Update

Step 3: To Access your eCertificates

From any page in the Learning Portal, on the top right of your screen, do the following:

Click on My History

Then, In the Display Drop Down List, click on JNCP Certificates

You’ll see all your active eCertificates names listed.

o NOTE: If you have a credential that has expired, you will not see it appear as an option for you to print.

Only active certifications are available to you.

Step 4: To Download and Print your eCertificates

Under each eCertificate credential name, you click on View Certificate

Open the certificate and either print it directly from the portal or you can download it and print it from your

computer.

o Temporarily disable pop-up blockers as this can sometimes prevent the download

o Check that you have the most recent versions of Internet Explorer or Firefox
