FRENCH COURSESCourses take place in our Château School, a fabulous setting.

Students can choose from the following options:

Standard Course: • 20 x 45 min. lessons/week. • Monday to Friday (except the Monday of arrival, which is devoted to a French test).

• 9:00-12:30 (with a 30 min. break); Maximum of 10 students per class.

ACCOMMODATIONStudents stay in our Castel Arabel residence, located 500 metres from the beaches and lively town centre of Juan-les-Pins.

Students are accommodated in comfortable rooms at our Castel Arabel residence, which is located in a quiet, peaceful part of Juan-les-Pins, and which is set to undergo a full renovation.

Highlights: • 10 minutes walk from the beaches and town centre of Juan-les-Pins. • Stay in air-conditioned rooms with bathroom and terrace or balcony. • Swimming pool, television room, pleasant terrace and gardens.

Important notes: • Sheets are supplied for the duration of your stay and are changed every week. Towels are not provided. • Light housekeeping is carried out daily, and a thorough clean is done once a week. Students are required to keep their rooms reasonably clean and tidy.

Breakfast and dinner is served at the residence from Monday to Sunday.Barbeque evenings and themed dinners are held every week.

The excursion includes a tour of the village and its lanes, the market on Place des Lices, the port and its famous terraces...

Aix is the old capital of Provence. France’s greatest painters and writers have been inspired by the town’s charm.

The excursion includes a stroll around the heart of the town, the Rotunda fountain, Place des Quatre Dauphins, Cours Mirabeau... and not forgetting a visit to the town’s commercial streets for a spot of pleasant shopping...

TWO HALF-DAY ACTIVITIES per week

Two afternoons per week, supervised by our staff or specialist instructors, depending on the activity.The weekly programme may include such activities as sailing or paddle boarding, introduction to scuba diving in the swimming pool, boat trips, high rope obstacle courses, karting, laser quest, Zumba workshops and cooking classes.

ONE AFTERNOON ON A PRIVATE BEACH per week

Students will spend one afternoon at a private beach, where they can relax on a deckchair, topping up their tan and sipping a cold drink, or take part in water sports such as tubing, paragliding and fly fishing.

ONE HALF-DAY EXCURSION per week

CANNESFamed for its luxury hotels and its film festival, Cannes is also a stunning location, with a charming port and tra-ditional streets which are worth a detour.

The excursion includes Le Suquet hill, the old town, the outlook over the Bay of Cannes, the Port, a stop in front of the Palais du Festival to check out the celebrity handprints in the forecourt and the famous red steps, and La Croisette.

The tour ends in the town centre for the inevitable hour of shopping.

ORMONACO Is there any other country this small which receives so much media coverage and is so well-known throughout the world?  

The town of Monaco is built on a rock 300 metres wide and jutting 800 metres out into the sea. It is a superb location.

The excursion includes a walk up to the top of the Rocher, with a stop in front of the Prince’s Palace, and then the opportunity to take in a magnificent view of the Monaco and Port districts, not forgetting the Formula 1 cir-cuit, followed by the Cathedral and Palace gardens.

ORNICE Nice is the capital of the Côte d’Azur. Although it is a large, modern city, it is also a city where you can get from the centre to the beach in five minutes.

The excursion includes: Place Massena, Promenade des Anglais, the lanes of old Nice, Cours Saleya, the small boutiques of old Nice...

Students are supervised by our staff who are on site around the clock to provide students with any information or help they might need.

There is one supervisor for every 12 students (mandatory ratio in France).

Students over the age of 13 are automatically granted permission to go out unaccompanied between the end of lunch (13:30) and the start of dinner (19:30).
