* Some shared rooms are available in the Junior Camp at UBC ** Adult and child will share a room; however, additional single adults or children will be placed in single room. *** Most airlines offer, or in some cases, require, that you book an Unaccompanied Minor Service for children under the age of 18 who will be travelling without an adult. If this service has been arranged, please notify ILSC in advance and include the service fee(s) in your payment ($75 each way). Note that the ILSC will apply the fee retroactively if the service is booked with the airline but we are not informed until the student arrives. Our service fee covers administration and the additional time required for our staff member to coordinate with the airline for pickup of the student and/or to remain at the airport until the flight departs.**** A custodial letter may be required as part of a minor student's entry requirements ($150). See the IRCC website for details: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study-minors.asp
