COUNCIL NOTES: The May Council notes are available in the rack by the Emerson Ave doors.

VBS Vacation Bible School will be held this week, from 9:00am-noon. There are a number of areas that you could be of assistance. Anyone high school age or older is invited to help. Contact Hallie Nielsen at 612-978-8847 if you are able to help..

FALL FESTIVAL TIDBITS: 1) It is our goal this year to raise money for improvements in the

Fireside Room. Also, the proceeds from the Silent Auction will go to MN Teen Challenge.

2) Attention all quilters and “wanna be” quilters. It’s time to make our quilt for the 2017 Fall Festival! We will begin on Monday, July 10, 9 am downstairs here at the church and meet Mondays and Thursdays 9 til noon until we’re done. The first Monday will be fabric shopping, so bring your JoAnn Fabric coupons (or donate them in the Fors mailbox before then.) Newcomers welcome. No experience needed. Questions? See Donna Fors or Sharon Kimmel.

BEING GOOD STEWARDS: Just a reminder, if you are in the building and are done in a room or area, please turn off the lights. Thank you!
