We would like to welcome Friends of the Prairie Wetlands Learning Center to the Chamber. Friends of the PWLC is a non-profi t organization that partners with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and Fergus Falls Public School ISD #544 to promote the education and conservation of all ecosystems in an outdoor classroom through the Prairie Science Classes. The Fergus Falls Public School holds classes for children in 4th and 5th grades to allow the children an outdoor classroom setting at the PWLC. This setting allows the children to get “In the Moment” with nature. There are over 15 other communities and groups that participate in the PWLC programs throughout the year.
