BIBLE- We believe that the Scriptures, which consist of the Old and New Testaments, are the fully inspired Word of God without error in the original manuscripts, and the infallible rule of faith and practice. The Word of God is the foundation upon which the church operates, and the basis by which the church is governed. We believe that the 66 books of the Bible supersede any and all earthly law in precept and principle. (Isaiah 28:13; Nehemiah 8:8; John 17:17; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; Hebrews 4:12; 1 Peter 1:23-25; 2 Peter 1:3-4 and 1:21).

STATEMENT OF FAITH 2016 EOM INTERNATIONAL HOLY CONVOCATION

HOLY GHOST, We believe that the Holy Ghost is the divine helper, counselor and instructor for our daily lives. By accepting Jesus Christ as your savior, the gift of the Holy Spirit is given to Christian believers as our Comforter for living in spiritual truth. (John 16:7-14, 3:5-8, 1 Corinthians 2:9-12, 12:3-13,28-31, Ephesians. 1:13,14, Acts 1:8).

1 HOLY TRINITY, We believe that there is one living and true GOD, eternally existing in three persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost, equal in power and glory. We believe that the Trinity created all, upholds all, and governs all things. (Genesis 1:1; Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 44:8 and 48:16; Matthew 28:19-20; John 10:30; Hebrews 1:3).

2 GOD, we believe that there is but one true living God. He is infinitely perfect in all attributes. He is the creator and sustainer of all things. He eternally exists in three Spiritual persons; God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. (Genesis 1:1, Psalm 90:2, 1 Corinthians 8:6, Matthew 28:19). 3

JESUS CHRIST, We believe that Jesus is the true Son of God, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died in our place as a sacrifice for all the sins of humanity, was buried, and arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. SALVATION, We believe that salvation is God’s gift to those who repent from their sinful ways and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and personal Savior. By receiving Jesus into our hearts, we receive the eternal gift of salvation and will spend eternity in heaven with Him. (Ephesians. 2:8, 9, Acts 16:31, Romans 10:9, Acts 3:19, John 3:16, John 1:12, 10:28, Philippians 1:6).

THE CHRISTIAN LIFE, We believe that as Christians, we are to live a life of obedience shown to us by the Holy Word of God. That by the example that was set before us in the sinless life of Christ Jesus, our Lord and Savior, Our goal as a Christian, is to strive each and every day of our life to be more like the example Jesus showed us. MALE and FEMALE, Gender Differentiation - We believe that God created mankind male and female. Bernard Williams Jr. was born to Bernard Williams Senior and Winnie L Williams June 27th 1969 Orlando Florida raise. In Jacksonville Florida, he was involved in the street life at a young age. After a fail unsaved marriage and divorce one child out of wedlock two in wedlock continue to live a sinful life. In 2003, he gets an invite to come to the service of a childhood friend that same day in March of 2003 he confessed Jesus Christ as Lord and savior of his life. The same Jesus he once denied a day later he kept asking God for the Holy Spirit. On a Wednesday Night Bible Study a Supernatural encounter with God being born again, birth by fire baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. The indwelling of God's presence love and Power changed him in one day from a sinner to Saint. Immediately, he begins to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ to those that were lost that same night. After the Holy Spirit encounter night vision was given of him lifted up in all white with multitude of people under his feet he was chosen for The Gospel of Jesus Christ. That same year in 2003 his rib was given to him.

He remarried in October to Alicia D Williams 12 and a half years to this day and counting. In August 2005, he ordained a minister. For three and a half years, he set under the anointing of Pastor Artie Valentino Brown. In January 2008, Bishop Stanley Roundtree ordained him as an Elder. After the death of his father and exile from the church January 2010. He sat under his Mother-in-law Pastor Debra Slaughter anointing. In June 2011, he was called to Evangelize he started under a pecan tree next to a bootleg house. A year later after pastoring in Green Cove spring came back to Jacksonville and started preaching in his friend’s garage. In 2013, he founded and established Trumpets of Fire Outreach Ministries. Through the grace of the Holy Spirit May 18, 2014 he was installed pastor without no biblical degree Grace and anointed by God in wisdom and revelation for the work of the Gospel of Christ

Apostle Vernon W Whitaker, born November 11, 1950 in Tallahassee FL. He is a man after God’s own heart. He is retired employee of Pratt & Whitney Aircraft located in West Palm Beach, FL. He was employed as an aviation mechanic. He is married to Apostle Betty J. Whitaker, whom Pastors with him. They have five (5) children and seven (10) grandchildren and (1) great grandchild. He graduated from James S. Richards High School in Tallahassee, Florida in 1970. He received his Associate of Arts degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University in May 2003, he also received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University in June 2004.

He received lying on hands December 8, 2002 and receives his Minister’s license. After a numbers of times God had spoken to him to be a leader of His flock but he refuses to be obedient to God. In God’s way of getting his attend God send a young man to minister to him in a way that caught him complete by surprise. The young man spoke to him and said, “Why you are not doing what God told you to do”. He asks him to repeat what he had said to him. “Why you are not doing what God to you to do”. He knew that nobody told him anything about him because that was the first time I ever saw him. He called his wife at home and told her what happen to him and they praise God until he got home and then he accepted God’s calling on his life to be the man of God and to lead God’s people into the Kingdom of God. He accepted the calling of God in Jesus Christ to preach

the Gospel and to pastor Jesus Christ church in June 2003. Since answering God’s calling Apostle Vernon and Apostle Betty Whitaker founded First Church Five-Fold Fellowship Ministries on October 6, 2003. December 14, 2003 He received the laying on hands and certificate of ordination as a pastor. His pastoral duties include a weekly radio broadcast on WJFP 91.9 FM in

Fort Pierce Florida and WTAL 1450 AM in Tallahassee Florida. His weekly radio broadcast can be heard on WCNO 89.9 in Palm city Florida. His duties in the ministry are offering Jesus Christ as the answer to life’s questions. His purpose in the ministry is to reach all lost souls and prepare believers to continue in the ministry of Jesus Christ. In the ministry, he will help spread the gospel by going out in the community door to door, passing out tracts, and witnessing the love of Jesus Christ. As his ministry move into a higher calling, on August 8, 2005 he received the laying on hands and certificate of ordination as Bishop Vernon W. Whitaker. On August 31, 2005, he received the laying on hands and certificate of ordination as Chaplains Vernon W. Whitaker. God is doing some wonderful things in his life. On June 15, 2010, he received the laying on hands and certification of Affirmation as Apostle Vernon Whitaker. His duties are to do God’s work in establish and governing His churches as my Apostle duties. On October 17 2010 he was appoint as Second Presiding Apostle of United Fellowship of Churches. In January 2013, he was appointed to Vice-president of Christian United Fellowship Associate.

Bishop Sherlock Henderson Padmore, has been active in church, and knew from an early age the call of God was upon his life. Despite he ran for a while, the time came when he finally surrendered and took his rightful place in the body of Christ. After being involved in the church for a while, the leadership of the First Pentecostal Church of God installed him as a Minister in 1993. Because of his rapid spiritual growth, he was ordained in 1994. While being a part of that organization, Bishop was elevated to the offices of Assistant Pastor, member of the Minister’s Examination Board, District Overseer and International Evangelist. The Lord then moved this vessel of honor, to the Paradise Baptist Church; where he held the office of Minister of Evangelism. It was during this time he led teams to carry the gospel and bring hope to persons on the verge of giving up. At the end of that stint, Bishop, was one of the first to accepted membership of the Abundant Life Ministries International, and served there for many years, as Office Administrator, Minister of Evangelism, Minister of New Believers and Senior Minister. There is the saying “your calling is bigger than your life” which was fulfilled in Bishop Padmore’s life in 2009 when two major events took place: the late Bishop Dr. Noel Morrison Sr., ordained him to the consecrated office of Bishop and the Lord birthed Christ is the Answer Ministry in his spirit. Christ is the Answer Ministry was established with thirty five (35) members and has now grown into a mighty army impacting not only the Turks & Caicos but also internationally touching lives of the unsure, backslidden, spiritual and even governmental leaders. Our Bishop serves as Overseer to the Beulah United Church of God and Christian Holiness Ministries in Brooklyn, New York and Perfecting Faith Ministries International in Curacao. This beacon continues to soar because Christ is the Answer. Over the years, Bishop Padmore has remained a student of the word and this is evident in the manner in which he preaches. He has obtained

several certificates and degrees, from bible schools and colleges. Among them: a trained Teacher’s Certificate with Evangelism Explosion, Advanced Diploma in Biblical Counselling, Associate Degrees in Social Work and Accounts, Bachelors and Master’s Degree in Theology and a Doctorate of Divinity. This mighty man of God has travelled extensively. He has held or spoken to leadership Seminars, Youth Conferences, Men Conferences, Marriage Seminars, True Love Wait Conferences, Revivals and Crusades, Conventions and Convocations. He has preached the word of God, in Guyana, Jamaica, The Bahamas, Haiti, Cayman Islands, St. Maarten, Curacao, the United States and throughout the length and breadth of the Turks and Caicos Islands. Because of the powerful anointing on his life, and a passion for the things of God and His people, he has led over one hundred thousand (100,000) souls to the Lord, including voodoo priests, drug dealers, and prostitutes, just to name a few. During some services sick bodies were made whole, demon possessed individuals were set free, marriages that were on the verge of divorce were restored, all because of his submission to the leading of the Holy Spirit. This man of God has a passion for working with single moms, senior citizens and the less fortunate in our society. Chief Apostle Lawrence C Dunbar was born in Bradenton, Florida and his home was in a rural country town called Rubonia. He lived with his grandfather along with mother, three brothers, and two sisters. His spiritual beginnings started with Baptist and Methodist. However, most of his biblical foundation originated from the Church of God in Christ. In his community, he was labeled “the boy who would not amount to anything". He was a young boy filled with anger and hate; destined for reform school and jail. The Lord delivered him at the age of thirteen when he accepted Him as Lord and Savior. The Lord alone was the only one who could empower Chief Apostle Dunbar to change his life and destiny. The Lord inspired him to start teaching Sunday school at the age of sixteen and he has been teaching ever since. His school years were very challenging and he was treated as an outcast. Many of the teachers had given up on him and did not provide him an adequate education. He learned how to read and write at home and in Sunday school. His secular educational journey did not really start until he was in the eleventh grade. God gave him favor with one of his high school teachers, Mr. Albert Bilger, who tutored him and was instrumental in helping him to graduate from high school, he also assisted him in obtaining a scholarship with one of the local colleges but the Lord told him to join the United States Army for more structure and disciple. The Lord called him into the ministry in 1978 during basic training.

In 1981, the Lord called him to pastor his first church, Abundant Life COGIC in Kitzingen, Germany. During this time, he met and married his lovely wife, Debra Ann Widemon and they have been married for 34 years. Chief Apostle Dunbar served as a pastor in Kentucky, twice in Korea, and in Penrose Colorado. Throughout his spiritual journey the Lord has blessed him to serve in many positions state side and

overseas including Pastor, Assistant Pastor, Sunday school Superintendent/Youth leader/teacher and Leader of Elders’ Councils. In the military, he served in various leadership positions from Corporal to Command Sergeant Major and retired from the Army in 2001. After retiring, he continued his education. He graduated first in his class at Colorado State University Pueblo, Winner of the 2006 Threlkeld Prize for Excellence and was awarded for his outstanding community service. Two years later in 2008, he obtained his Master’s Degree in Social Work with emphasis on marriage/family relationships and post-traumatic stress disorder. He was employed by the Department of Veterans Affairs as a counselor in Colorado Springs Vet Center. In 2010, he accepted his call as an Apostle continuing his travels to preach the gospel to all people. Later in 2012, the Lord moved him to Jacksonville Florida working as the supervisor of the Jacksonville Vet Center for three years and retired in 2015. During this time the Lord told Apostle Dunbar to develop and write a blueprint to govern EOM as a Global ministry. In 2015, he was consecrated and enthrone as the Chief Apostle of over the ministries of the Evangelistic Outreach Ministries International. Remember, he was labeled as "a boy who would not amount to anything" but look where God has brought him. "We are "Compelled To Helping Others" Luke 14:23. EOM Chief Apostle's Goal: To empower you with God's Holy Word helping you realize and understand your divine potential. EOM Chief Apostles' Underling Objectives: 1. Preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to everyone 2. Empower all people to use the precepts of the Bible for good success 3. James R. Ferguson Sr., On March 23, a son was born to Michael and Joyce, and because both knew the Lord they prayed that this son would grow in the will and admonition of the Lord. At an early age, James who they affectionately called Jimmy started preaching and laying on of hands. James did not stay with the Lord he back slide but God was very patient with him. James graduated from high school and went to the University of Miami on a scholarship. After one Semester James left the school and signed up for the United States Navy. He served his country on two ships, the USS Independent (CV62) and the USS Truett (FF1095). James got out of the Navy still feeling the call on his life he was still avoiding.

He was like Paul on the road to Damascus when he ran to New York and had an encounter with God that changed his life forever. One afternoon James bought a fresh pack of New Ports Cigarettes and a forty-ounce bottle of alcohol and sat down to enjoy his afternoon when he heard the voice of the Lord. He poured out the 40oz and threw away the pack of cigarettes, and answered the call. Like Moses, he began to make excuses to the Lord as to why he could not become a preacher. God set up his ordination through Bishop Edward Hopkins in Miami, Florida who at first was reluctant to ordain James based on who he knew James to be. Like Ananias God had to let Bishop Hopkins know that James is now been called by Him and now a servant of the Most High God. Therefore, when James went home to Miami in 1988, Bishop Hopkins visited him two days after his arrival and informed him of his ordination service based on what God told him. He was ordained by Bishop Edward Hopkins is obedience to the Lord. Since then, James has traveled

throughout the United States, South America and the Caribbean preaching the word of God. He continued his spiritual education by attaining a Master’s degree in theology. In 1992, he met and married Maxine D. Curry and that union has yielded them a fine family: Sebastian, Lacoya, Cory James, James Jr. and Sarah.

James spiritual career begin at Mission Baptist Church where he was an Associate Pastor under Bishop Ruben Cooper. Bishop Cooper saw the call of God on his life and sent him to San Andros to pastor First Baptist Church. In 1991, James became an Associate Pastor at Evangelic Assembly under his mentor Bishop Duke Smith. After his tutelage with his Mentor Bishop Duke Smith, he took on the role of an Associate Minister and bible study teacher at Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church, all of which are located in Nassau, Bahamas. Returning to the United States of America with his family, he took on the role of Pastor on call at Trinity Assembly of God. In 1997, he pastored Solid Ground Evangelical Assembly and founded JRF Ministries International. He has also been an intricate part in the building of New Day N Christ Ministries, Pastor of Kingdom at War Ministries and partner with Action In Action Ministries in Colorado Springs Co. He later joined EOM International where he is an overseer for South Florida and the Caribbean and is continuing furthering of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

To God be the glory, we made it and ready to witness a mighty move of the Holy Ghost just like Azuela. By or faith in God’s Holy word your labor has not been in vain.
