TODAY AT HOLY FAMILY Y A S G D The Young Adults Gospel Discussion will meet today following the 9 AM Mass in the Nazareth House, 3144 Zarthan Avenue. HOLY FAMILY CALENDAR

B E M All expectant mothers are invited to receive a special blessing today, Sunday, June 16th at 10:30 AM. Please come to the communion rail. Family is welcome to attend!

M “S G ” $5 We continue to thank God for the commitment and generosity of our parishioners! Our new pledge total is $3.94 million. Follow-up letters to those who haven’t turned in pledge cards will be sent out this coming week. We can’t let summer slow our momentum as we will need plenty of time to work with architects, city officials, and our neighbors before our June 2020 hoped-for start date of construction.

The extent of what we build will depend on the generosity of those who have not yet finished discerning their commitment.

Examples of what still depends on how much additional funding we receive: --exact number of meeting rooms and classrooms (currently two, hoping for four or more!) -- dedicated activity space for our youth group and young adults --finishing touches such as bleachers for the gym, curtain for the stage, A/V equipment, etc. --convent renovation for the Handmaids of the Heart of Jesus who begin serving here in 2020 --HVAC improvements in church --security upgrades for Holy Family Academy --renovation of the kitchen in Fr. Moorman Hall --parish library

Many thanks to all those who have already generously made sacrifices! This new facility will be a great blessing to everyone in the parish for generations to come!

M T Father Scott Foley spent a January term with us in 2013. He then went to the Pontifical North American College in Rome to finish his studies. He returns to Holy Family for the Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity at 9AM for a Mass of Thanksgiving followed by a reception in his honor in Fr. Moorman Hall.
