• Things like:– Systems for operations, delivering product, making money,
customer service (Starbucks)– Environment/culture– Brand
• Build/improve once and has long term/lifetime value • Employee-long term development (ex: Skill to develop)
High Dollar Value
• Require specialized skills:– Prospecting/selling your services– Cultivating relationships with donors– Advertising to gain new customers– Writing proposals – Etc.
• ($50-$200 hr.)• Employee: What’s your highest impact task?• BUT: Still swapping time for money
Low Dollar Value
• Administrative, Inefficient, Busywork• Anything you can outsource or hire easily:– Research, – updating spreadsheet, – customer service, – appointments, etc.
