COOLNet Alberta to BuildWorks Canada:
In August 2018, COOLNet Alberta partnered with Manitoba and Saskatchewan to create “BuildWorks Canada”, a shared
online service creating even greater access to tender opportunities. This partnership created additional value for our members, by
working towards providing more private work as well as pre-bid information. BuildWorks Canada has hired 2 Pre-bid reporters and 1
Business Development position. Be sure to check out the new directory on BuildWorks Canada. With your LCA membership your
company is provided a basic profile. You can edit and add information to your profile at any time. To add more information upgrade to a

Posted over 200 projects in Alberta/ Saskatchewan in the 2nd quarter of 2018.
Collaborating with the City of Lloydminster through quarterly meeting has provided a better flow of communication. The LCA
has provided industry input on Land Use Bylaw, Lot Grading Bylaw, Procurement Policy, Development Permits and adoption
of Building Codes.
Working with the Alberta Government with Electronic Bidding for AB Infrastructure Bid Opportunities.
Working with the AB/SK Government for prompt payment procedures
