We are Missing …. We are missing some keys to Seton Hall... one was on

a clear plastic key holder with the initial E on it and the other one was on a St. Elizabeth lanyard. Please check your pockets and purses to see if perhaps you forgot to

turn in a key. It gets expensive to keep making new keys. Thanks for checking!

Hospitality in Time of Need Thanks to all who help with this wonderful ministry

that serves those in need. Thanks to our June volunteers. We are most grateful for all you do.

The names of the volunteers for the month of July are: FOOD COORDINATORS: Beth Cressey, Terri Cherra. FOOD PREPARERS: Dee Fries, Angie Haugh, Rosemary Harris, Mary Beth

McLain, Laurie DeLong, Missy O’Connell, Kathy O’Toole, Florence Pilsl, Patty Walsh, Helen Wilson.

any trips planned until the Fall. Why not join us for an afternoon of playing cards or scrabble this summer? We meet in Seton Hall from 10am until 1:00 or 1:30pm on Fridays. Bring your lunch, we provide drinks and dessert. If you have any questions or suggestions please call Joanie McLaughli9n at 816.361.0913.

A Bit of Trivia… At five minutes and six seconds after 4am on July 8,

2009, the TIME and DATE will be:

04.05.06 ~ 07.08.09 This will not happen again for 100 years!

Moving Soon? It would be a great help for the keeper of the

records if you would call the parish office to give us your new address. Also, notify us if you have had a change in your phone number.

Want to be a Lector for Mass? Have you ever thought about becoming a Lector for

Mass? If so, please contact Susie Adams in the Parish Office. She will be happy to help you discern your interest in this very important ministry. The parish offers formation and training for those who are called to be a Lector. We are always in need of voices dedicated to proclaiming our sacred scriptures.

Let us Know… Hospitals do not call the parishes when a

parishioner is admitted to the hospital, This is due to issues of confidentiality. If the patient gives permission to the admitting office, the Chaplain or nurse at the hospital to call the patient’s parish then the hospital may call. Therefore, it is important for the family or close friends to notify the Parish Ministry Center if you, a member of your family, or any parishioner is sick or admitted to the hospital.

Also, a reminder that Fr. Bruce and Fr. Christian are available and willing to give you the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick. If you plan to go into the hospital, please contact the parish office, they can anoint you before you go or anytime as you need.
