Dear Lafayette Community, It is with great sadness that I share with all of you news of the death of Susan Leedom, our Director of Nursing at Holy Redeemer Lafayette. Sue passed away on Thursday evening, June 21, 2018, after a battle with cancer. Those of us who have been fortunate enough to know and work with Sue have lost a dear friend and in- spiring leader. Susan Leedom September 14th, 1959-June 21, 2018 No words can adequately express our sadness at Sue's death. Sue joined the Holy Redeemer Family as a RN Team Leader and Nurse Manager at St. Joseph's Manor. Over the years she was promoted and has most recently been serving as Director of Nursing at the Lafayette. I ask that we all honor her memory by dedicating our- selves to continue the work and service she loved so much. Sue always had a joyful heart and spirit. Dear Lafayette Community,

It is with great sadness that I share with all of you news of the

death of Susan Leedom, our Director of Nursing at Holy Redeemer

Lafayette. Sue passed away on Thursday evening, June 21, 2018,

after a battle with cancer. Those of us who have been fortunate

enough to know and work with Sue have lost a dear friend and in-

spiring leader.

Pastoral Care Corner

Please Welcome: Chaplain JoAnn Shin

JoAnn will be serving our residents and patients at Holy Re-deemer Lafayette, and at Holy Redeemer St. Joseph Manor.

Chaplain JoAnn is a Presbyterian Minister. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Mokpo National University, South Korea, and her Master of Arts in Pastoral Care and Counseling from New Brunswick Theo-logical Seminary. She completed 4 Clinical Pastoral Educa-tion units at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ and Penn Medicine Princeton Health in Plainsboro, NJ.

Chaplain JoAnn lives in New Jersey. She is a wife and mother of two adult children: a son who recently graduated from Harvard Law School and a daughter who is studying at MIT Sloan School of Management.

“I am very grateful and excited to become a part of the community at Holy Redeemer Lafayette.”
