THE SIDEWALK DAYS FESTIVAL IS HERE!

The Sidewalk Days Festival takes place right in the heart of beautiful Downtown Duluth attracting nearly 4,000 people each year. The historic charm of Downtown Duluth creates a lovely setting for this three (3) day event. Live entertainment, great shopping, food, music, and fun are all around during the Duluth Sidewalk Days Festival. This Festival attracts tourists and residents city wide providing a bustling atmosphere. This year Sidewalk Days will encompass five (5) city blocks along Superior Street from Lake Avenue to 5th Avenue West.

This is Downtown Duluth’s biggest summer shopping festival of the year, so grab the sunscreen and come on Downtown.

Downtown merchants have been bringing their inventory into the street and the summer sunshine for decades! To continue this tradition, Superior Street will be lined with great deals, mouth-watering foods, live music, activities for the kids, and entertainment for everyone. Also, be sure to make your way up to retailers on 1st Street and to the shops in Canal Park and Fitger’s too where additional exclusive Sidewalk Days deals are awaiting you.

Special attractions at this year’s Festival include the Kolar Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac Classic Car Show, the 12th Annual Sidewalk Shuffle 5K, activities with Duluth Children’s Museum, a Downtown Farmers’ Market preview and inline skating with the Northshore Inline Marathon & Skate Fest!

SIDEWALK SHUFFLE 5K - 12:10PM – ENDION STATION ON THE LAKEWALK

Join the Duluth YMCA and the Greater Downtown Council at the 12th annual Sidewalk Shuffle 5K walk and run to raise money for scholarships. The course will start on the Lakewalk next to Canal Park Lodge and will follow along the Lakewalk south around Canal Park to Bayfront Festival Park and back.

The Jane Gang – Duluth’s top flight Funk, Jazz and Rhythm & Blues band. These accomplished musicians and dynamic vocalists were designed for dinner music, dances, nightclubs, and outdoor concerts. They will be playing in the 400 W block of Superior Street.

During the Kolar Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac Classic Car Show CHUM & CBS3 We will be filling a Kolar Truck with school supplies and backpacks. We invite everyone to stop by Kolar’s location at 103 W Superior Street to donate backpacks and school supplies that will be distributed throughout Duluth.
