Additionally, our vehicles have been specifically designed to efficiently transport our equipment and our production staff in our sleeper coach buses. When not touring or producing events, SPP has created a successful market for renting out tour buses and festival infrastructure to clients around the country, monetizing every aspect of the business.

This bus was originally conceived and developed by Julia Butterfly Hill and her grass roots organization: Circle of Life. Julia undertook this project in order to reduce her impact on the environment from flying to all of her speaking engagements that took her across the country. A touring bus such as this reduced her carbon footprint significantly. In addition to running on bio-diesei, Julia also included the greenest materials for the bus’ interior in order to serve as a model for future conscious touring. In 2007, Sustainable Living Roadshow (SLR) purchased the bus, naming it 'Julia' in honor of her creator. SLR toured for nearly five years on this bus, crossing the country more than 5 times and producing yearly regional tours. In addition, bands and speakers such as Bass Nectar, Beats Antique and Bill McKibben (350.org) rented the bus for their own tours. 'Julia' has been impeccably maintained by SLR, using the skillful services of Lyle Kent, owner and lead mechanic of Green Tortoise.
'Julia' is the definition of touring in eco-style.
