As a former teacher, Jules Blundell is an expert in the art of engagement. The foundation of her marketing skills were honed in the classroom – crafting communication techniques to capture the attention of a distracted audience.

Jules thrives on entrepreneurial challenges and when her life at the coalface of the education industry highlighted the sector’s gap in the school system’s recruitment industry, Jules launched UK-based Bluewave International in 2004.

After four successful years, her husband was head-hunted to Australia and Bluewave was sold. For Jules, the change was an inspiration – with potential and opportunity unfolding.

In her new Melbourne home, Jules established Marketing Hands in 2012, with a mission to navigate small business owners through the maze of ‘marketing overwhelm’. Today, her experience in communication cut-through – creating and managing truly effective digital marketing strategies – has evolved into another innovation as the Founder and Director of VideoBuzz.
