     JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF PETITIONER RONALD WONG

    I, RONALD WONG, of legal age, married, and residing at Dontogan,

    Green Valley, Baguio City, petitioner in this case, state under oath as

    follows:

    PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

     The person examining me is Atty. Reynaldo A. Cortes with address at

    Rm. 307 Jose Miguel Building, No.1 Labsan St., Baguio City. The

    examination is being held at the same address. I am answering his

    questions fully conscious that I do so under oath and may face criminal

    liability for false testimony and perjury.

    PURPOSE: This affidavit/testimony of petitioner ROLAND WONG is

     being offered to prove that the Petitioner has all the qualifications andnone of the disqualifications for naturalization under Commonwealth Act

    No. 473.

    1.Q. Please state your name and other personal circumstances for the

    record.

      A. I am ROLAND WONG, married, of legal age, a citizen of the People’s

    Republic of China, and presently residing at Dontogan, Green Valley,

    Baguio City,

    2.Q. Are you the same Roland Wong, the petitioner in this case?

      A. Yes sir.

    3.Q. Aside from your present address, what are your former places of

    residence?

      A. My former places of residence are at Luisa’s Cafe, Carantes Street,

    Baguio City, and at Luisa’s Cafe, Lapu-lapu Street, Baguio City.

    4.Q. When and where were you born?

      A. I was born on November 4, 1958 in Manila, Philippines.

    5.Q. Who are your parents?

      A. My parent are Ng Wong (deceased) and Luisa She Wong.

    6.Q. What is the name of your wife, and do you have any children?

      A. I am married to Corazon J. Ahyin, Filipino citizen, with whom I have

    three (3) children, namely, Michael A. Wong, Mark A. Wong and Marlon

     Jay A. Wong who were all born in Baguio City and are all Filipino

    citizens.

    7.Q. How long have you been residing in the Philippines, particularly in

    Baguio City?

      A. I have been continuously residing as a permanent resident in the

    Philippines, particularly in Baguio City, since birth.

    8.Q. What languages are you able to speak and write?

      A. I speak and write English, Tagalog and Ilocano.

    9.Q. What is your trade or profession?

      A. I am a restaurant manager of Luisa’s Cafe at Session Road, Baguio

    City, from which I derive an average annual income of PHP 531,410.00.

    10.Q. Where did you receive your elementary and high school

    education?

      A. I had my elementary and high school education at the Baguio

    Chinese Patriotic School.

    11.Q. How about your college education?

       A. I received my college education at Saint Louis University, Baguio

    City.

    12.Q. Where did you enroll your children?

      A. I enrolled my children at schools recognized by the government,

     where Philippine history, government and civic are taught as part of the

    school curriculum, said enrollment having lasted during the entire

    period of my required residence in the Philippines.

    13.Q. What can you say about the principles underlying the Philippine

    Constitution?

      A. I believe in the underlying principles of the Philippine Constitution.

    14.Q. What can you say about your qualifications for naturalization

    under Commonwealth 473?

      A. I believe that I am qualified to be naturalized as a Filipino citizen. I

    am of good moral character and have conducted myself in a proper and

    irreproachable manner during the entire period of my residence in the

    Philippines in my relations with the constituted government as well as

     with the community in which I live. I have mingled with the Filipinos,

    and has evinced a genuine desire to learn and embrace the customs,

    traditions, and ideas of the Filipinos.

    15.Q. What else, if any?

      A. I am not opposed to organized government or affiliated with any

    association or group of persons who uphold and teach the doctrines

    opposing all organized government. I do not defend or teach the necessity

    or propriety of violence, personal assault, or assignation for the success

    and predominance of their ideas. I am not a polygamist or a believer in

    polygamy or in the practice of polygamy.

    16.Q. What else, if any?

     A. That I have not been charged nor convicted of any crime involving

    moral turpitude. I am not suffering from mental alienation or incurable

    contagious disease. I am not a citizen or a subject o a nation at war with

    the Philippines.

    17.Q. What is your intention in filing this petition?

       A. It is my intention in good faith to become a citizen of the

    Philippines and to renounce absolutely and forever all allegiance and

    fidelity to the People’s Republic of China, if this petition is granted, and

    that I will reside continuously in the Philippines from the date of filing of

    this petition up to the time of his admission to Philippine citizenship.

    18.Q. Have you filed any petition for citizenship with the Court?

      A. No, sir.

    19.Q. Who will appear as witnesses to support your allegations in the

    petition?

      A. Robert Noefe, Carlos Dumlao and Ulpiano Ocampo, all of them of

    legal age, Filipinos, and residents of Baguio City, will appear and testify

    as witnesses at the hearing of this petition.

    20.Q. Do you have anything to add to this judicial affidavit?

      A. None, sir.
