Some rounds in various locations can have a higher hardness rating then others. This may be down to the materials used in its man- ufacturer. There is a lot of tension between both the rebels and the government at the minute and a lot of violence is down to government elections. Also there is a 'culture of impunity' where powerful figures issue kill- ings of people and journalists. Because of their high status, they organise these killings without the fear of being caught and most of the time get away with it. Philippines #1 IRAQ Saddam Hussien led a brutal dictatorship of Iraq from the 1980’s to 2003. He invaded and occupied Kuwait for a small period of time. The US invaded Iraq because Iraq violated U.N Security Council resolutions, because of what Saddam Hussein did against his people and because of the manufacture of weapons of mass destuction which posed a threat worldwide. Because of this conflict journalists have often being caught in the crossfire or targetted.
