For the first 6 months training will be given on key tools and softwares: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SPSS

Training will involve simulated analysis on existing datasets from past projects

Once you develop expertise in the key tools and softwares, you may also be trained on the other softwares

You will be assigned a team leader who will guide you through your training

Upon satisfactory completion of training you will be assigned to work on ongoing projects

The work on the ongoing projects will also be supervised and mentored

Training at JRA

Research Associates will be analyzing marketing research data and preparing business presentations in PowerPoint. More specifically:Work involves creation of management consulting reports from data gathered from customersDevelop charts, graphs and tables to accurately portray data collected from customersMaintain consistency of charts and graphs across pages Revise charts and graphs based on client feedbackEnsure data presented in PowerPoint reports and other deliverables in MS WORD are accurateTake ownership of projects, maintain extremely high standards of quality No shift work involved
