Day 1 - Sunday(Depending on exact time of arrival)• Arrival on Ben Gurion Airport, Tel Aviv• Drive over the Via Maris, „the Way of the Sea“ (Matt-

hew 4:15)• Explore historic Caesarea Maritima, the Roman Capi-

tal of Judea, where Peter followed God‘s leading to visit Cornelius (Acts 10) and where he proclaimed the gospel to the Romans (Acts 24-26).

• “So King Ahab sent all the children of Israel, and gat-hered the prophets together unto Mount Carmel. And Elijah came unto the people” (1 Kings 18:20, 21) Visit Mount Carmel, where the Prophet Elijah confronted the prophets of Baal. A view over the valley of Jizreel.

• Drive through the Jezreel Valley • Dinner and overnight at the Sea of Galilee

Day 2 - Monday• Walk where Jesus walked around the Sea of Galilee.

Board a wooden sailing boat, fashioned after ancient fishing vessels, for a boat ride across the Sea of Gali-lee. A time to worship, pray and reflect.

• Visit the Mount of Beatitudes, the place where Jesus delivered the famous Sermon on the Mount.

• Visit the Tabgha Church, known as the site of the Mi-racle of the Multiplication of the Loaves and Fishes

• St. Peter’s Fish Lunch• Visit to Banias, the site of ancient Caesarea Philippi

• Dinner and overnight at the Sea of Galilee

Day 3 - Tuesday• A visit to Nazareth Village, a hands-on experiences

that transport guests to life on a Jewish village in the Galilee two thousand years ago.

• Visit Mount Precipice, the traditional site of the cliff from which an angry mob attempted to throw Jesus after His bold proclamation in the Nazareth synago-gue.

• Look out from Mount Arbel, on the road from Naza-reth to Capernaum. A sheer cliff rising majestically ab-ove the Sea of Galilee with a magnificent view of the Golan Heights and Mount Hermon.

• Journey to Capernaum (John 6:24) to visit the first century synagogue where Jesus preached and healed the epileptic boy (Matt. 4:13-17, Mark 9:14-29).

• Dinner and overnight at the Sea of Galilee

Day 4 - Wednesday• Drive through the Jordan Valley• “Then Jesus came from Galilee down to the Jordan to

be baptized” (Matthew 3:13). Visit Qasr el Yahud, the traditional site where John the Baptist baptized and where Joshua entered the Promised Land with the Je-wish people

• Visit Masada, situated on the top of a mountain over-looking the desert panorama to the west and the Dead Sea to the east. The thrilling story of the site re-veals the courage of the Jewish defenders of Masada and their battle against the conquering Romans.

• Swim and float in the Dead Sea, bathing yourself in the mineral rich water and mud

• Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem

Day 5 - Thursday• It was the place where both the first and the second

temple stood. The place where Jesus as a young boy already was studying, following Luke 2:41-52. In these days it is the third holiest place in Islam. A visit to the Temple Mount.

• Walk through the Biblical City of David, the very roots of Jerusalem, where archeology confirms the Bible.

• Visit the Davidson Center with excavations of the He-rodian Temple, as it stood prior to its destruction by Roman troops in the year 70 CE. See the Hulda Steps and Gates, which used to be the main entrance to the Holy Temple, through which Jesus entered the Temp-le.

• Visit the colorful markets and the Cardo, an ancient Roman site now filled with shops brimming with Middle Eastern artistry. Walk through the atmosphe-ric Jewish Quarter and see the Western Wall.

• Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem

Day 6 - Friday• Visit to the Shrine of the Book in the Israel Museum,

which houses the Dead Sea Scrolls, the oldest Biblical manuscripts in the world, as well as rare early medie-val biblical manuscripts. Next to is the Model of Jeru-salem in Jesus’ time, which reconstructs the city as it was prior to its destruction by the Romans in 66 CE

• An introduction to modern Israel and the Jewish peo-ple in Yad Vashem, Israel’s main Holocaust remem-brance and education center. Visit the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial Center including the Avenue of the Righteous and the Children’s Memorial

• In the heart of a neighborhood in downtown Jeru-

salem, the largest open market in Israel was built in 1928, the Machane Yehuda Market. Walking through the market’s alleyways is a good opportunity to meet Jerusalem and its fascinating human mosaic.

• “On the first day of the Festival of Unleavened Bread, the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Where do you want us to make preparations for you to eat the Pass-over?” (Matthew 26:17). A visit to the Room of the Last Supper, The Coenaculum. According to very old sources, Jesus and His disciples celebrated Passover at this site on Mount Zion.

• Visit the Western Wall, where people gather to pray for the start of the Shabbat. Join in Shabbat prayers with thousands of others at the Western Wall

• Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem

Day 7 - Saturday• „And the glory of the Lord went up from the midst of

the city, and stood upon the mountain which is on the east side of the city“ (Ezekiel 11:23). Drive to the tip of the Mount of Olives, known as the site from where Jesus ascended to heaven after His resurrection. Pa-noramic view of the Old City of Jerusalem from Mount of Olives and descend to the Garden of Gethsemane, where Jesus prayed on the night of His betrayal

• Visit the scenes of Jesus‘ prayer to His Father in the Garden of Gethsemane

• Walk the Via Dolorosa, the traditional way that Jesus went before He was crucified, ending in the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, built on the site where the crucifi-xion of Jesus on Golgotha is marked.

• Visit the Garden Tomb. This ancient cemetery is a mo-ving site in which to recall the crucifixion and burial of Jesus. Spend time in these peaceful garden surroun-dings in prayer, song and fellowship.

• Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem

Day 8 - Sunday• Lookout on biblical Samaria from Mount Gerizim,

the biblical Mount of Blessings. A tour through the archeological findings of the Samaritan temple on top of Mount Gerizim. An encounter with the community of the Samaritans that live on Mount Gerizim till this very day.

• View over Ancient Sichem with the Tomb of Joseph and Jacob‘s well, the place known for the encounter between Jesus and the Samaritan woman (John 4:4-42)

• Tel Shiloh was a religious center for the Israelites even before Jerusalem: it was the place where the children of Israel brought the Tabernacle to. Visit the exposi-tion “Until Shilo Comes”, visit the ancient excavations of the Biblical city Shilo and explore the place where the Tabernacle stood for 369 years

• Visit King of Kings Community Jerusalem for their weekly Worship Service.

• Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem

Day 9 - Monday• A panoramic view over the Kidron Valley and Jerusa-

lem’s Old City from the Haas Promenade. Study the prophecies about the Kidron Valley, also called the Valley of Josafat. Discover how Jerusalem is a stum-bling stone for the nations, as prophesied in Isaiah 8:14.

• Visit Bethlehem – the city where King David and Je-sus were born. A visit to the Church of the Nativity, a combination of two ancient Byzantine churches and a crypt beneath—the Grotto of the Nativity where tradition states that Jesus of Nazareth was born. Visit to the Shepherd Fields, where possibly the angel an-nounced Jesus’ birth.

• Visit the Elah Valley, also called the valley of the Tere-binth, the place were David fought with Goliath

• Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem

Day 10 - Tuesday(Depending on the exact time of departure) • At that time Mary got ready and hurried to a town in

the hill country of Judea, 40 where she entered Zecha-riah’s home and greeted Elizabeth” (Luke 1: 39, 40). Visit to the picturesque village of Ein Karem, where John the Baptist was born and raised.

• In 1887 established, Neve Zedek is the oldest Jewish neighborhood in Tel Aviv. The oriental architecture is mostly renovated. Narrow corridors full of boutiques and cafes offer a picturesque atmosphere. Free time in Neve Zedek and at the Tel Aviv Beach.

• Jonah’s journey, Tabitha’s restoration to life, and Pe-ter’s conversion of the gentiles all began in Jaffa. A visit to the Old Center of Jaffa with its harbor.

• Farewell dinner in Jaffa. • Transfer to the airport• Departure
