ABSTRACT

Minnesota multiphasic personality Inventory Restructured form (MMPI-2RF) was old measurement tool for psycho pathology and was developed in order to consider mental characters.416 people of staff and managers of sport ministry were selected as statistical sample. After analysis 30 people as primary version, 120 people as test version and 416 people as standard version were developed. Finally, It was determined that these tools were desirable to measure personality pathology and mental health. Introduction

Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory Restructured Form is known in the field of psycho pathology, consulting and mental treatment. First version of this questionnaire is known as main version which was represented in 1942 by Hathaway & Mckinley. After that, MMPI second version published in 1989 by Butcher and Mckinley. After a while in 1992 mentioned questionnaire published with emphasize on teenage age area between 13 to 18 years. Tellegen could restructure clinical criterion on 2003 and introduce Minnesota Multiphasic Personality. Finally, Tellegen and Ben- porath represented 2nd version of Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory. Last version of Minnesota Multiphasic Personality form was translated by Kamkari and Shokrzadeh in Iran on 2010. So after external validity consider by advertisement elite, formal validity were considered. Formal validity was done by experts in psycho pathology with Navabi Nejad management and it was determined that mentioned tools had formal validity. Finally, content validity determined by taromian management in clinical psychology. Tentative validity determined through psychometric analysis, concurrent validity and confirmatory factor analysis. Criterion validity was more than 0.70 through psycho pathology test by clinical psychologist. Correlation was more than 0.80

with emphasize on psycho pathology and identify special problems. Goodness of fit for 3 main factors as firs level, 9 clinical criterions as second level, 25 special criterions and 5 pathology criterions as third level through satoraa-bentler indicators were achieved [8]. Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory Restructured Form was considered in national team of bicycle in men and women as 116 volume sample. In this study, through tentative data collection identified that sensivity coefficient and specifity coefficient is more than 0.75 with emphasize on Specifity Coefficient. Therefore, mentioned tool could determine psycho pathology about personality disorders [9]. One of most medalist sport is European and free wrestle. Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Form in three age area includes teenagers (60 people), young man (60 people) and adults (60 people) were achieved. All validity coefficients were more than 0.80 according to Cronbach alpha. Correlation as Stability coefficient was 0.82 according test-retest method. Finally it was identified that mentioned tools was desirable about psychology of wrestle [8]. In volleyball attention and reaction time should be mentioned. Psychometric character of this tool was considered in 180 player of volleyball team. Stability coefficient and internal consistency were more than 0.80. Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory Form is complete and exact tools for measuring

personality profile. Most studies about MMPI-2RI performed about elite athlete and basketball team. In a study about steel and mahram showed that this tool has diagnostic validity to identify special problems [8] and this tool is used in women elite basketball player. This tool is desirable for psychometric studies [9,7,1]. Today’s Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory Form is complete and exact tools for measuring personality profile of basketball player [17]. Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory Form is desirable in measuring tending to fit in teenagers and young man. [7] and this tool is used to identify doping talent in players [7]. We can consider usage of this tool due to importance of human resource in sport ministry to organize and product sport activities.

So following questions are expressed: - If Minnesota Multiphasic Personality

Inventory Form of sport ministry has criterion validity?

- If Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory Form of sport ministry has diagnostic validity?

- If Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory Form of sport ministry has diagnostic validity?

- If Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory Form of sport ministry has structural validity?

- If Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory Form of sport ministry has standardization coefficient?

Materials And Methods

Plans related to psychometric characters are

numerated as sub of methodology, Kamkari and Shokrzadeh, 2012. These plans could create process of psychology so standardization process is necessary to consider psychometric characters of mentioned tools. In considering psychometric characters we should mentioned 2 primary version, testing version and standard version to find final version. In current study this process is done. Following table show volume of staff with emphasize on related action:

Society, Sample and Method of Sampling:

Approximate society of study is 716 people

included 15 sport association and 40 federations. Statistical society includes all human resource. Among this society, about 600 people were selected as statistical sample.

30 people in primary version, 120 people in testing version and 416 people were considered in standard version.

Tool:

50 criterions include 8 justifiability and 42

clinical criterions. Justifiability criterion included difference in variable reply, difference in correct reply, standard reply, psycho pathology reply, not standard reply. Clinical criterion include emotion disorders, introspection, though and behavioral disorders. 9 clinical criterions include lack of spirit, physical complaint, low emotion, pessimistic, anti-social behavior, strange experiments, negative emotion and hypomanic activities. So according to special problem profile, 25 criterion include teenage problems, nobbling of material, aggression, family problems, unsocial, shame, mechanical interest, headache, diagnostic complains, suicide, mental pressure, stress, anger talent and fear. Finally, aggression, mental pressure, negative emotion was considered as low emotional.

So 338 questions were expressed for criterion include 8 justifiability, 3 clinical, 9 main clinical, 25 special problems and 5 pathology sample.

Gathering Data Method:

Data were gathered through free method and

achieving professional relation between participant as single and group during 40 to 60 minutes. All researchers had MA degree and graduated from psychology organization.

Results:

Tools had superficial validity through using

advertisement elite and participant is encouraged to reply to questions. Through English learning it was identified that tools have formal validity and is related to Iran culture.

Through 5 people of expert it was identified that this tools have content validity. Finally, rate of sensitivity, accurate and clearness of this tool was considered through SPPS software. Through using AMOS software it was identified that this model is desirable. So it can be expressed that this tools had formal, content and diagnostic validity.

Following table is represented according to test-retest and Cronbach alpha methods:

According to stability and standardization it

could be expressed that mentioned tools validity and could be effective in measuring personality of human resource.

Conclusion:

Shokrzadeh [9], Delavar, Kamkari and gholamshahi, Kamkari and Shokrzadeh, Kamkari, Esmaeili and Shamonian, Kamkari, ganjori and girsaei, Kamkari, Tejari, akbari Kamkari, Kohandel and Abbasi far, Kamkari, Shokrzadeh and Navabi, Kamkari, Shokrzadeh, Navabi and Ebrahim zadeh, Kamkari, Shokrzadeh and Navabi shahin tab and aslankhani, Kamkari, Tayari and Azizian, Tayari, Kamkari, Rouhi and Shokrzadeh, Kamkari, Zolfaghari, Davaei and Shokrzadeh studies show that m Minnesota multiphasic personality Inventory Restructured form is desirable in considering psychometric character and have standardization. Finally it should be

expressed that mentioned tool has validity in sport organization. As result management psychologist use of this form about single and group consulting to determine sport management.
