First 10-14 days SRA conducts targeted research, generates referralsfrom our network, and contacts candidates .Within 4 weeks: SRA presents initial candidates.
Weeks 4 -6: SRA conducts live, video or phone interviews as agreed with client (to be discussed).

Services to be provided by Sanford Rose Associates include:
1.Prepare and obtain approval of position profile to gain a complete understanding of the role to be filled.
2.Prepare and obtain approval of questions for candidate assessment.
3.Use targeted research and recruitment to identify, evaluate and recommend appropriate candidates.
4.Present candidates including resume, completed questionnaire and candidate synopsis.
5.Coordinate candidate/client interviews.
6.Verify education and conduct reference interviews and provide a summary write-up of discussions.
7.Present company offer, provide assistance with negotiations between company and candidate, and bring closure to any offer extended.
