The project explored the usage of skill matrix. The skill matrix maps the competencies of the employees, helps
the organization to gauge the skill level of its employees and aids in recommending remedial measures such as
trainings, certifications etc in case of any gaps in AS IS and TO BE state. As part of the study, 22 sub-verticals
were assessed in the finance vertical. The matrix is highly useful in events such as internal recruitments and
promotions.
The project also involved building a framework for segregating specialist roles based on the skill matrix.
A study on psychological wellbeing of Information Technology employees with type A and type B personalities.
The study tested the hypothesis that there exists no significant relationship between personality types and
psychological well being
