I would like to recommend Jordan Lee for the managerial position at the Big Texan Steak Ranch based on his creativity, determination, and work ethic. In the past 7 years that I have known Mr. Lee I have seen his passion for the Big Texan and the future of this company. Because of my background in the education field I have noticed a constant desire from Jordan to learn and explore the different fields related to managing a restaurant. Mr. Lee’s constant positive attitude, natural leadership, and passion for his work, I believe, has him well prepared for this position.

With over 7 years of experience at the Big Texan Steak Ranch, Jordan has learned a wide variety of skills that are vital to keeping the restaurant running smoothly. His creativity in the work place is shown constantly with all of the new and innovative ideas he has for keeping a fresh look and an exciting feel for the customers. His 7 years of staying late, picking up extra shifts, and helping (even to bus tables after this long) where ever it is needed shows his determination in seeing this business succeed. Mr. Lee’s passion for the Big Texan is evident any time you speak with him. He does not simply care about the restaurant making money, but he truly cares that the customers and employees are treated with dignity and respect. Overall, this young man’s attitude is one of compassion and purpose, both of which are essential qualities of a leader.

Jordan Lee is an outstanding worker with a passion not only for the business, but for the people he works with as well. I would recommend Mr. Lee, without reservation, to this managerial position where I see him growing interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships with anyone he meets.
